Animals, Always.
While living in NYC, I saved a hungry and distressed kitten from the streets. It was a freezing January night, and I didn’t hesitate when I heard his cry. Scooping the little black cat up into my arms, I kept him warm in my coat and took him home in an Uber. He was so hungry, and after he ate, he jumped into my bed and fell asleep in my arms…purring. I kissed his head and whispered to him “you’re safe, you have a home with me now.” I decided to name him “Sith,” as according to a Celtic legend, if you invite a black cat to your home and nurture him, he will grant you blessings. The legend has it that Sith is actually a fairy disguised as a black cat. He certainly is a little blessing, although he is not so little anymore! Having extensive experience working and volunteering in animal shelters, I am devoted to animal welfare. I would be delighted to care for your fur kiddo when you are away. I adapt to animals needs, respect their space and ready to offer treats and affection if they want time with their human counterparts. I am even-keel and patient if animals are timid or anxious. Nothing really phases me or intimidates me in terms of animal behavior or needs.

Christina was absolutely amazing. I was a little anxious leaving our boys because one has anxiety. They took to her immediately. She sent me many pictures and communication was great! The dogs were well Cares for and happy when we got home. I will Definition use her again!

Schedule
I’m a mental health counselor, and part of my routine is self-care. I decided that caring for pets is a win-win thing - I believe I healing power of spending time with animals, and I value care and love to animals with whom I spend my time!
