When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I will follow your instructions closely for feeding, walks, playtime, and any other care your pet needs. I also make sure pets get plenty of attention and companionship so they feel safe while you’re away. I’ll treat your home and your pets with respect and care, just like they’re my own.

To make sure I give your dog the best care possible, it’s helpful for me to know a few things about them ahead of time. For example, is your dog very active or do they prefer a slower pace? This helps me plan walks, playtime, and activities that match their energy level. It’s also great to know how they do around other dogs and whether they’re well trained on a leash. Since we may encounter other dogs on walks, this helps me keep everyone safe and comfortable. Lastly, please let me know if your dog is sensitive anywhere or doesn’t like being touched in certain spots. Every dog has their preferences, and I want to make sure I respect their boundaries and help them feel as relaxed and happy as possible while you’re away.
A typical day
I’m a very active person and love spending time outside, so if your dog enjoys being on the move, we’ll have a great time together! I’m happy to take dogs on long walks, hikes, or outdoor adventures to keep them exercised and stimulated. If your dog is older or prefers a slower pace, that’s great too. I’m just as happy to spend a relaxed day with them, keeping them company, giving them attention, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I often do homework or read during downtime, so your dog will always have someone nearby and won’t feel alone. There’s no extra cost for that extra companionship, I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals.

Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover who grew up with four dogs, a German Shepherd, two medium-sized mixed breeds, and a Chihuahua, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I’ve also pet sat for neighbors’ dogs and understand how important it is to keep pets on their normal routine. I love spending time with dogs and will make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I am also a triathlete and would love to take your dog on a run/trail run if they are very active!
