Trustworthy and Dog Loving Couple
We have used doggy Vaca (now Rover) when on vacation for our Jack Russell. Recently, our Jack Russell passed away after a long fun healthy life. She was a rescue and she enriched our life for 14 years. We are looking to give love to your companion as we aren't ready to have a full-time companion yet and interested in other breeds. We have a large fenced backyard and are there most of the time enjoying the weather. We know how to follow directions, have had animals all our life, and walk 5k everyday to the local marina. You can't go wrong trusting us. We also understand the stress of leaving your companion with another (once we were gone for 2 weeks and when we returned our Jack Russell wasn't happy-go-lucky as she was when we dropped her off and our hearts sunk.). Let us give the love they deserve. Let us have a 5k walking companion. And we are covid free, work from home and stay very socially distant.

We weren’t even sure our pups were going to want to come home! 😊 Chris was absolutely amazing and kept us updated at least twice a day, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our dogs clearly had a blast and were so well cared for. This was a last-minute booking after multiple sitters fell through, and Chris truly came through for us. We’re so grateful and will definitely be using Chris as our #1 sitter from now on. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Chris was magnificent with my sweet daughter! She supplied a lot of photos, and updates. I get a little nervous when leaving my dog with new folks, but Chris made me feel right at ease. Their home is lovely and very doggie friendly! I couldn't recommend enough.

I have a well fenced yard that was Jack Russell proof. No dog is getting out of my large fun backyard. I spend most of my time in backyard.
A typical day
Daily 5k walk, otherwise big backyard living! I live next to the San Diego Bay with very walkable areas to go on very nice long walks.
