Active Dog Family!
My daughter and I have been doing Rover together for years. This summer, she is home from school at UVA and excited to help out with additional tasks like dog walking and house sitting! We have both had dogs our entire lives, all sizes and life stages. We began Rover in 2019 after losing our 10 yr old black lab to diabetes, looking to keep our home lively. We are both excited to meet your pets and help out!

Chris was patient with my Rottie, especially since he’d only stayed with a boarder before. He adjusted when my dog wasn’t eating normally, which I really appreciated. The photo updates from their walks showed how happy and comfortable he was.
Highly recommend Chris. He’s down to earth and just a good human, as is his daughter who helped out and was just as amazing as her dad. He’s responsive, sends updates, and pays attention to details. Our dogs clearly had a great time. I hope he and his daughter are available the next time we need a sitter, as I don’t really want to leave the dogs with anyone else now.
Chris is the best!! He bought balls to throw with my dog, always takes her on walks, and is so kind to her.

Chris was a phenomenal dog sitter and can’t mention enough just how great of a job he did watching Pepper. He walked her multiple times a day and they were nice long walks too. He also was extremely attentive and made sure understand everything I told him about Pepper. He’s also super accommodating and played tug with her plus let her on furniture. He’s also extremely responsive and quick with his responses too. Overall if you ever need a dog sitter Chris is your guy and I definitely plan on booking with him again in the future. You can be at ease knowing Chris is watching your dog.

I live in a great dog friendly community, we have lots of great green space and multiple dog parks within walking distance! Would happily spend the day with your dog at the dog park if that is a good place for them.
A typical day
Lots of walks. Love walking to one of the multiple dog parks near our home, I am up early and take a 2 mile walk before I start my day. Then work from home.
