Pet care experience

My daughter and I have been doing Rover together for years. This summer, she is home from school at UVA and excited to help out with additional tasks like dog walking and house sitting! We have both had dogs our entire lives, all sizes and life stages. We began Rover in 2019 after losing our 10 yr old black lab to diabetes, looking to keep our home lively. We are both excited to meet your pets and help out!

Chris was a phenomenal dog sitter and can’t mention enough just how great of a job he did watching Pepper. He walked her multiple times a day and they were nice long walks too. He also was extremely attentive and made sure understand everything I told him about Pepper. He’s also super accommodating and played tug with her plus let her on furniture. He’s also extremely responsive and quick with his responses too. Overall if you ever need a dog sitter Chris is your guy and I definitely plan on booking with him again in the future. You can be at ease knowing Chris is watching your dog.

Chris was very kind and communicative! This was our first time using Rover for overnight care and Chris made us very comfortable. I know our Honeybun got great care and look forward to using Chris again!!

Chris took great care of Bailey! I knew he was in good hands and didn't have to worry while we were away. Bailey was a little nervous at first but by the time we picked him up 2 days later, he looked right at home with Chris 😊.

Chris did a great job with our senior dog including emotionally supporting him through a thunderstorm. He asked all the right questions about his care and was responsive. Franklin returned home happy and healthy! Thank you Chris!
