Hi! My name is Chris, and I’ve spent over 10 years professionally working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. My background includes dog daycare, boarding, overnight care, kennel management, administering medications, caring for senior dogs, supervising large playgroups, and professional dog training. While I currently work as a Keyholder in retail management, my passion has always been caring for animals, and I love being able to spend my free time doing what I enjoy most. One thing that sets me apart is my ability to understand canine body language and recognize when a dog is stressed, excited, nervous, or simply wants space. Every dog is different, and I take the time to build trust and provide care that matches their individual personality and needs. Although I’m not actively teaching training classes anymore, I still use the skills I’ve learned over the years to reinforce good manners, encourage positive behaviors, and create a calm, structured environment for the dogs in my care. Whether your dog is an energetic puppy, a senior who needs extra patience, or just wants someone to play, cuddle, and keep them company while you’re away, I’ll treat them like they’re one of my own. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My goal is for you to have complete peace of mind, knowing your best friend is safe, happy, and receiving the same care I’d give my own family. I look forward to meeting you and your pup!

I believe every pet deserves care that’s tailored to their individual needs and routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their schedule as consistent as possible, including feeding times, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medications, and plenty of love and attention. I know routines help pets feel safe and comfortable while their family is away. I always treat my clients’ homes with the same respect I would expect someone to treat mine. I’ll clean up after your pet, keep food and water areas tidy, wipe muddy paws when needed, and make sure everything is secure before I leave. I’m also happy to send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pet is doing well. If pets are staying in my home, they’ll have a safe, clean, and calm environment where they’re treated like family. I’ll make sure they receive plenty of exercise, enrichment, affection, and downtime based on their personality and energy level. My priority is always your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness. With over 10 years of professional experience working with dogs and cats, I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, including puppies, kittens, seniors, and those who require medication or extra patience.

Chris was a wonderfully loving and responsible sitter. Communication with him setting up the stay was super easy and he was very generous sending updates, videos and pictures for our dog's whole stay. He genuinely seems dog obsessed in the best way. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!
Chris was extremely helpful. This ended up being a last minute decision and thankfully he was available! He was extremely attentive to my dog and him being a trainer, I knew Koda would be in good hands. Chris sent me videos and pictures throughout the day which I very much appreciated. When I picked up Koda, I could tell he was so so happy with Chris. Whenever I need another rover in the area, Chris will definitely be top of my list!
I felt so at peace leaving Bucky with Chris! He was very communicative with me the entire stay and he took care of Bucky like he was his own. Thank you so much!
My dog Charlie loved Chris and his gang. He was extremely well taken care of and I got videos of them playing and sleeping. I highly recommend Chris to sit or board your dog.

Schedule
Pet care has always been a part of my life, even after transitioning into retail management. I work full-time as a Keyholder, but I schedule my Rover services around my work so every pet receives the time, attention, and care they deserve. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and it’s a great way for me to stay connected to a field I’ve been passionate about for over 10 years. Outside of work, I spend time with my own pets and make sure they receive the same love and attention I give every animal in my care. Whether it’s a walk, drop-in visit, overnight stay, or simply spending quality time with your pet, I’m committed to providing dependable, compassionate care while keeping you updated every step of the way.
