I grew up with dogs and now share my home with two wonderful female Golden Retrievers, so caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life. Over the years, I've become the go-to dog sitter for friends and family whenever they need someone they can trust. I took great pride in training my Goldens, helping them become the well-behaved, loyal, and loving companions they are today. That experience has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and treating every dog as an individual. Whether your pup needs a walk, a drop-in visit, or extended care, you can feel confident knowing they'll be treated like one of my own—with plenty of attention, affection, and reliable care.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large, fenced in back yard with plenty of room for your pup to run and play. Our 5 year old goldens are great play companions and to date have had no issues with other dogs. They have lots of boarding experience and has been well socialized. Of course, if you aren't comfortable with your pup being around our, we will happily keep them separated.

Chris and Meg were phenomenal with Lucy, a happy sheepadoodle. The communication and photos helped our separation immensely. I highly recommend them to take care of your little family member. You will not only have them back to sit again, but feel very comfortable with them in your home. There care surpassed anyone I have ever used!
Chris and Meg have a golden retriever named Callie. They care for that puppy as if she were royalty, and they were her humble servants. Sometimes I think to myself "self, Callie is the best treated dog on this entire planet, she wants for nothing!". Chris and Meg are SUPER careful and intentional about who watches her when they travel on adventures together, and they are just so good around dogs in general that sometimes I think to myself "self, maybe Chris and Meg are part canine!" (lolololol) but no I'm jk, they're just dog whisperers, methinks. I've also entrusted them with the care of my own pooch named WriWri, and have never doubted for even a microsecond that they wouldn't treat him with as much loving devotion as they do their own pets. And indeed upon my return, my own dog barely wants to come back home because he has so much fun with them! So I suggest you let that one marinate!
