I work from home part time apart from one day away per week and so can devote myself completely to your dogs and my dogs needs . Animals tend to rule the roost here !

A typical day
I will play and interact as much as your dogs require . We have lots of toys and outside space to play and many rooms for relaxation . I walk my dogs twice a day and will try and keep to a similar routine to your own to give your dogs a happy day at our house .

Apart from being a professional piano teacher and musician my world is about animal care . I share my home with 3 dogs , 4 cats , 6 horses and 6 sheep , and 1 hamster most being rescued at some. point ! I grew up with dogs and have always had at least 3 dogs to care for and same with cats and horses! I’m experienced with young pups having had several litters myself and elderly dogs needing a loving and caring environment to feel safe . Living on top of Exmoor we have fantastic walks available and I have a large secure garden too ! I work from home apart from one day a week and am there to care for my own animals and yours 24/7. Most importantly your pets need to feel happy and safe and loved in a new unfamiliar environment and they will be welcome as part of the family from the moment they arrive . We truly are a home from home where your pets will be our number one priority . I currently work part time from home and am available to care for your pets 6 days per week with overnight care also . My dogs are never left unattended and they are my priority . I will aim to fit in with your usual pet schedule . My dogs and cats are very friendly and used to having new friends to stay . The dogs ages range from 1.5 yrs to 14 so they adapt well to other dogs . I have a secure garden and lots of space in the house and your dog can have total freedom in the home environment . Walks are taken away from the road and dogs kept on a long lead if preferred .

I have known Chris for over twenty years and helped her on occasions with her small animal rescue which includes horses, sheep and dogs and cats. She always puts the needs of the animals first and is an extremely kind and caring person. I have also left my little dog Charlie with her many times. He suffers from separation anxiety, but I feel absolutely reassured that Chris gives him the love and security he needs. He is always very excited to see her and reluctant to leave. I would definitely recommend Chris to care for your dogs as they will be in very safe loving hands!
Chris has been looking after my two golden retrievers , Sophie and Katie for many years during our holiday times and other occasions . She is the only person we would trust with them as we know she is a hundred per cent committed to their care and giving them the best doggy holiday possible. They are so excited on their arrival and get on brilliantly with Chris’s little dogs too . I would totally recommended her as a lovely lady to take care of your dogs knowing they are very happy in her care .
Chris looked after our puppy for two weeks over the Christmas period while we went to Spain to visit relatives . Being a pup and with a tendency to want to escape , I was extremely worried about leaving her with anyone . Chris did her best to reassure us and that she would do everything possible to keep her safe and give her a lovely holiday . Whilst it was very hard to leave her and we missed her terribly , Chris sent us messages , photos and videos several times a day and we soon began to feel much happier knowing our pup was having such a great time with Chris and her other dogs . She made lots of doggy ( and cat ) friends and although was happy to see us , I think she had a great time and missed all the fun once she left . I would definitely book Chris for our next holiday as she clearly loves animals and cares for them so well .
