I have been working from home for the past 3 years so I get a lot of time to spend with my dog! I like to set the first hour after I get off work to play with my dog because I know how restless a pet can be if they have some pent up energy. Whether it it throwing a toy around or going on a walk, the let's I watch get the attention they deserve!

I prefer to watch pets in their own home. I ask questions about "do's and dont's", feeding schedule, what vet you generally go to, contact info, pet allergies, what phrases your pet understands ( EX. potty v.s pee pee). And any other information that might be pertinent to your pets.

I typically ask about medications, what Vet you use, contact info outside of the app, do's and don'ts, and any other kind of emergency contact info such as family members close by.

A typical day for me would be to wake up and feed a pet, then go outside for a walk/potty break. I'm a big fan of letting dogs smell things. However, I don't let other dogs or cats around an animal I am watching. I just can't trust an animal or person that I don't know. Better safe than sorry.

I have taken care of dogs of all sizes. From french bulldog to mastiffs. I grew up with Golden Retrievers and Labs, but every dog is important. I enjoy playing with dogs (especially mine) and I will consistently update you on how your pet is doing and pay close attention to their needs. I work from home so I don't have to leave your pet for an extended period of time and can watch over your home as well as your pet!

Chris is an absolute GEM! I didn’t have to worry at all about my boys while we were gone for 8 days! He sent the best pupdates and really made sure they felt at home!

Chris was awesome sitting for my kitty Betty! He provided daily updates and pictures, and was great at communicating everything he did (playtime, litter, picking up the mail). Betty warmed up to him quickly and was very comfortable with him watching her. I recommend Chris to anyone in the Highlands area, he’ll take good care of your pets!
