Information Chris B. would like to know about your pet

Age, activity level, diet, allergies, likes/dislikes, temperament, socialization level, etc. I don't have a preference regarding breed and am open to working with most any pets.

A typical day

A typical day will include walks/hikes, games, challenges, loving attention, meeting up with other dogs (as requested), plenty of hydration...and rest! Although I have lived in several other states over the years, as a native Cape Codder I enjoy taking dogs to a variety of popular and lesser known locations to exercise and socialize, from beaches and parks to official and unofficial trail systems.

Pet care experience

As an insured, full-time pet care provider and former teacher, I have the flexibility to meet you and your pet's needs while giving you peace of mind that you're hiring someone you can trust. Having spent a couple decades as a Wildland Firefighter, Environmental Educator and Wilderness Therapy Guide, I've enjoyed working outdoors and getting students active and into nature as much as possible, whether it be in a National Park or on a simple walking trail. I believe those same goals are just as important for pets, as they're able. I have experience with pet care on a personal and professional level and enjoy the energy and qualities of different breeds of dogs as well as different animals. I feel that sharing energy with animals not only benefits them, but is great for their humans and caretakers as well Although I can be flexible, walking or even sitting multiple client's pets at once, based on client comfort level, I encourage folks to contact me as early as possible, especially when booking overnight sits. I have had pet parents plan trips around my availability, which I am open to and works well also.

I very much appreciated Chris taking the time to come by beforehand for a meet and greet so my anxious pups were more comfortable. Thanks again!
