We couldn't have asked for a better sitter for Lychee! We left him with them for four days, and it was clear from the start that he was in great hands. They took excellent care of him, followed all of our instructions carefully, and treated him like part of their family. We especially appreciated the regular updates, photos, and quick communication throughout his stay. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing how he was doing. They even took him on car rides and made sure he had plenty of attention and enrichment. The biggest sign of all was how comfortable and happy Lychee was with them. He clearly loved spending time with them! We would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative dog sitter.

Had a really great experience with Cho! My dog was comfortable, happy, and clearly well cared for the whole time. I loved getting so many photos and videos throughout the week — it was really nice seeing all of their little adventures and knowing she was having a good time. I also threw a bit of a curveball their way since my dog needed medication while she was there, and they were amazing about it. They made sure she got it on time every day and always kept me updated once it was done. Would definitely recommend!

Niki and Ken did a great job with our highly energetic loving retriever! She requires a lot of exercise and I think that they met her energy and love with flying stars. They sent lots of videos showing her enjoying playing and resting , right down to being exhausted with naps in her usual upside position showing she felt right at home. We were worried as Poppy had been attacked about a month prior and leaving her just as she had fully healed had us anxious but they took great care of her.

Cho was excellent as usual! Daily multiple photo updates showing Shio got his 3 walks a day in frigid temperatures (which he enjoyed lolz). He got to meet tons of dogs and cho isnt afraid of dealing with his reactivity which is great. Shio got his full raw feedings and lots of cuddles and attention from cho. She was so attentive she brought forward a well known skin issue he has which i told her not to worry about. Very much appreciate the concern and attention to detail! Will definitely keep recommending and hire again!

Niki was a great sitter. She was very attentive to Dante’s needs as a puppy, took him on walks, and cared for him wonderfully. She even gave him a small toy as a gift. She also sent me lots of videos and pictures, keeping me updated on what he was doing at all times. I would definitely trust Niki to take care of my. Dante anytime I need a sitter.

Cho was great from the beginning. We did a tester night and Shio had a great time. From that night I knew Shio would be in good hands based on several factors: 1. Caretaking She works fulltime and so Shio was taken care of during the day mainly by Cho's partner who was also responsive when asked for updates and photos. Shio didn't look to have been left alone much if at all and was given 3 walks a day and proper meals (raw meat) plus snacks everyday. They both shared photos with me of his walks and feedings upon request. Although Shio is reactive Cho was able to have him greet other smaller dogs no problem so he got some socialization although that was not requested as I was worried about his reactivity. Greatly appreciated! 2. Feedings Cho and her partner were able to accommodate Shio's full raw diet and had space in their freezer for his food. They showed photos of him eating per my request and defrosted the meat properly for his feeds. They were flexible enough as well when it seemed there may not have been enough raw patties provided and they re-freezed patties that Shio did not eat. Saving the food properly. 3. Photos and responsiveness Cho and her partner was able to provide photos and videos upon request and sometimes would provide some humorous media of Shio for my enjoyment. He looked well taken care of. Their responsiveness was great as she would reply to me pretty soon throughout the day although since she works during the day I would contact her partner as well for day updates at times. The only thing missing that made me not give them the last star was just more photo updates that I've received from other sitters before. Outside of that they were fantastic and I would recommend!
