Niki is absolutely fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with how she took care of Indie while we were away in Europe. Before our trip, Niki and her partner Ken took the time to meet up with us and even took Indie for a couple of test walks to make sure it was a good fit. Indie is leash reactive (though she absolutely loves people!), so knowing Niki and Ken were so proactive, patient, and comfortable with her put us at ease right away. While we were gone, we got daily updates filled with photos, videos, and recaps of their planned outings. Indie was totally spoiled, she got to go on fun little road trips to North Van, Central Park, and a bunch of other great spots. Niki even went out of her way to pick up some of Indie’s favorite treats. I also completely miscalculated how much food Indie would need for the trip, and Niki was a total lifesaver, running out to the local pet store to grab extra food without missing a beat. Indie clearly loved her stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Niki to anyone looking for a sitter. We already plan on having her watch Indie for our future trips and for dog walking when we have long days out!

We couldn't have asked for a better sitter for Lychee! We left him with them for four days, and it was clear from the start that he was in great hands. They took excellent care of him, followed all of our instructions carefully, and treated him like part of their family. We especially appreciated the regular updates, photos, and quick communication throughout his stay. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing how he was doing. They even took him on car rides and made sure he had plenty of attention and enrichment. The biggest sign of all was how comfortable and happy Lychee was with them. He clearly loved spending time with them! We would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative dog sitter.
