I have been caring for animals since I was a small child, growing up on a farm with dogs, cats, chickens, horses, goats, sheep, and ducks. I currently share three rescue dogs with my partner, who all love meeting new dog friends! I was a small animal vet tech for several years, and am very comfortable administering medications, including insulin, as well as reading dog behavior and body language to ensure safety. I can confidently manage play time and I’m willing to step in if someone looks like they need a break. We have a fully-fenced, secure backyard, with 6-ft privacy fencing and plenty of room to run! My partner and I both work from home, so dogs are rarely left unattended. Two of our dogs are crate-trained (our senior boy does not get crated).

I have a fully-fenced backyard secured with 6 ft privacy fencing. I am confident in reading dog body language and behavior and have no problem stepping in to allow breaks in play time. Our dogs are very friendly with others and are fully vaccinated, and we welcome other vaccinated dogs with regular disinfection between client pups.

Schedule
My partner and I both work from home to accommodate our dogs. The dogs are rarely left unattended, unless we are going somewhere together. We set aside time to play with our dogs and take them for walks and hikes.
