Hey there! My name is Chloe and I am an unabashed animal lover! I’ve always grown up with pets—dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, invertebrates—so I have quite the soft spot for them. At age 16, I started volunteering with the Humane Society, and continued for 2 years before going on to college to earn my degree in biology. I have over three years of professional hands on experience working with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments! I am currently working towards my training certification, but have several years of experience under my belt using positive and force/fear free methods. My dog, Sprout, and I love training together and even more, showing off the results. Sprout has her BCAT, is working towards her first dock diving title, and trains for multiple other sports. My dedication to caring for animals truly comes through when you meet my dog!

Schedule
I’m currently working part-time which gives me the flexibility and availability perfect to care for your pet! Whether it be an overnight stay, drop-in, or walk, I make sure my clients are well-taken care of and happy when I leave.

Safety, trust & environment
I try to follow your routine as closely as possible. Dogs find comfort in routine and giving them that extra sense of familiarity can help so much when their parent away. I live in a two-story home with a fenced backyard perfect for any pet! We don’t have many rules here, certainly none about furniture! Your pet will have freedom to roam, or, if you prefer, a safe place to be crated. I am very flexible with how you’d like me to care for your dogs!
Pets
A typical day
I’ve found that most dogs like to start off their mornings with a bathroom break, a walk or some play time, and breakfast! Usually after accomplishing these, a good rest is in order which usually involves hanging out and watching TV or sitting outside. Sometime during the afternoon I like to provide another activity, usually training due to the growing afternoon heat, but if the weather permits, playtime or a swim or a walk. I usually do this again around dinner time with lots of pets and cuddles in between! Whether your pet sleeps in bed with your or in their crate, I’ll make sure they’re all tucked in and comfortable for the night so they get a good night of sleep before another exciting day!
