I am diligent about ensuring that your pet is secure and their physical and mental security is taken care of during all services with me, whether walks, house sitting or drop-ins. I advocate for open communication regarding any behavioral changes or concerns. I also require all information about a pet’s behavioral history be disclosed to me prior to booking so I can best prepare for your my and your animal’s safety.

All behavioral concerns of your pet must be communicated with me before booking. I have experience working with a variety of breeds and species with many different needs, but must know of any prior aggression (towards humans or other animals), destructive behaviors, anxiety, and other relevant issues for the safety of your pet and myself.
A typical day
Professionally trained in animal behavior and enrichment, I know that enrichment and play are vital daily needs for your pet. I start with simply getting to know them, often with food and play as icebreakers to form a positive connection. From there, I will meet them where they are in terms of what type of activities they are ready for. This might be snuggles on the couch, fetch or feather toys, or simply spending time getting to know each other in the same space. I am an avid hiker and lover of parks! For dog walking, I will customize the nature of the walks based on your dog’s own personality and needs, anything from intense playful runs to or a quiet serene stroll.

My name is Chloe and I am excited to be your pet’s new best buddy! Connecting with animals has always been a passion of mine. I grew up with a variety of pets, from dogs to horses, chickens to chinchillas. I have worked for several farms over the years and am professionally trained in animal care for a variety of species. I am well versed in pet first aid and behavioral monitoring. I believe the best way to gain an animal’s trust is through attentive communication and positive reinforcement. You can be assured that your animals will be both safe and as happy as can be under my care.

Chloe was amazing! Was able to accommodate walks on a short notice and was great with my senior dog and his needs. When he didn’t feel like walking she made sure to spend time giving him lots of affection, and even made friends with my cat. Would absolutely trust to book with her again!
Chloe was a stellar dog and house sitter. We arrived back home to happy dogs and a super clean house. She kept us updated on the dogs and it’s clear they really enjoyed their time with her. We cannot wait to have her back!
