A typical day
Whilst the pets are in my care I will offer them lick mats and kongs too keep their brains occupied and stimulated - if there are any in the owners house. On walks they can be off lead (if good recall) to have a good sniff around.

Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs within the family looking after them and giving them the care they need. I’ve looked after active, laidback, elderly and young dogs. The services I offer are 1:1 & group walking (if in the same area and the dogs get a long with each other) the walks are tailored to each dog and I sometimes take them in the car to go explore new areas for them to sniff. I’ve worked in kennels and a dog daycare in the past so have good experience with different dogs. I’m available most of the days if there isn’t another pet sit booked but this can be discussed further when bookings come up, the dogs are tend to be left for 4 - 5hrs at a time and then I stay with them for an hour before I go back out again.

Chloe has been looking after my dog since we brought him home at 10 weeks old, firstly visiting him at home and once he was ready, taking him out for walks several times a week. He gets so excited to see her! It’s clear to see how much Chloe cares for the animals in her care. She has always been patient and loving towards him, and took the crazy puppy stage all in her stride! Every walk is followed up with a text to let you know how your dog is and a few photos so you can see what they’ve been up to. Chloe has also looked after him in our home on a few occasions when we’ve been away. It’s always nice to know that my dog can be in his own surroundings with someone he knows and trusts, and also reassuring to know the house is looked after while we’re away - she also took care of our cat and hamster too. I’d happily recommend Chloe to anyone looking for a dog walker or pet sitter, I couldn’t fault her at all.
Chloe is lovely. Our first dog wasn't great with strangers, as a rescue shed been through so much and the first meeting wasn't the best with Ruby but Chloe persevered and realised the amazing dog she could be. Over the years Ruby absolutely doted on Chloe and couldn't wait for her walks out with her. Chloe is patient, loving and really cares about the animals she looks after. After losing Ruby and adopting another, I knew Chloe was the person to walk him and look after him. I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my fur babies so much so we've become really good friends!
Chloe has been looking after our 2 labs for almost 3 years. She mostly stays with them when we go on holidays but she has done the odd "pop in" as well. One lab is quite anxious and the other very, very bouncy! But Chloe has no difficulty in giving them the best care and they absolutely love it when she comes to stay. It's nice having her stay in the house as well, rather than leaving it empty and Chloe always leaves it very neat and tidy. We plan our holidays around Chloe's availability now and would not hesitate to recommend her.
