Since I was in middle school, I volunteered by fostering cats and dogs with local rescue orgs, where I fed, cared for, pet, walked, and played with them! It was an incredible experience. I have also worked as a pet photographer for these rescue organizations, so you will receive a plethora of cute photos. My family and I rescued a little cat off the side of the road named Chance. He was a few weeks old and I spent that year caring deeply for him, ensuring he was getting all the food he needed, as well as attention, care, love, and playtime. He is now a happy, healthy big boy who has had years and years of love. I also adopted Capri during COVID, who is my baby. The foster organization let me know that she had urinary issues before I adopted her. I have provided care for her for the past two years with patience and understanding for her medical history. I have also cared for the energetic Bisbee after she got spayed. I ensured that she did not scratch or irritate her stitches, as well as providing her with care, food, and pets. Additionally, I have had dogs my entire life. These included both foster fails and dogs rescued off the street. I walked them around the neighborhood, gave them baths, played with them, and fed them. As they aged and started to face health issues, I also aided in their special care. This included monitoring them post-surgery, encouraging them to eat when they had low appetite, giving them extra love and attention, and taking them to vet appointments when needed. I understand that our pets are our family. We should treat them as such. I know you are trusting your babies with a stranger, and I want to offer you as much reassurance as possible.
