Hello, I’m Chloe! Caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. Growing up in a pet-loving home, animals have always been a central part of my life. I know firsthand how hard it can be to trust someone with your beloved pets, which is why I treat every animal as if they were my own. In 2020, I began working at a veterinary clinic as a kennel tech and later advanced to a tech assistant role. That experience deepened my understanding of animal health, behavior, and emotional needs. Since moving out on my own, I’ve become the go-to sitter for friends and family, and I absolutely love the unique personalities each pet brings. I provide a quiet, cozy home environment with no children or other animals—making it ideal for pets who need extra attention, have anxiety, are senior, or simply don’t thrive in noisy, crowded facilities. This kind of one-on-one care is more intimate than what you'll find at a boarding facility. Here, your pet gets personalized love and attention every day. This is truly their home away from home. I can't wait to meet you and your fur babies!

Schedule
I’m currently a college student and work part-time at a veterinary clinic, which gives me the flexibility to provide attentive, personalized care for your pet. My weekends are mostly open, making them ideal for pet sitting or extended stays, and I still have time during the week for walks, check-ins, or playtime. Since I work in Joplin, I can also stop by for midday potty breaks or quick visits during my lunch break—perfect for pets who thrive on consistency and routine. With a balanced schedule and a deep passion for animals, I make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and part of my daily life.

Safety, trust & environment
Access to a fenced-in yard and a small trail about a mile from the house for walks and outdoor fun. A spacious, open home with plenty of room for crates and comfortable pet setups. Currently, there are no other animals or children living in the home, making it a peaceful, quiet environment for your pet. Extra care from my boyfriend, who lives with me and helps out, so someone is majority of the time always home to give attention and companionship to the pets.
A typical day
I’m a part-time college student, so my schedule is flexible, and I’m usually at home more often. I have more time to focus on the pets I care for. My boyfriend, Micah, and I both love taking dogs on car rides whenever we can, and if the owner agrees, we might treat them to a sweet snack! We spend most of our time at home, playing and cuddling on the couch, and making sure your pet feels comfortable and loved. We stick to what your dog is used to and aim to keep their routine as familiar as possible. Micah, as a college student, can stop by between classes to check on your pet, ensuring they never feel alone for too long. We're both very active, love going on walks, and enjoy playing pickleball. We also love visiting a local park with a nice trail, where your pet can enjoy some extra outdoor time. We enjoy meeting new people and are always up for trying new things!
