I am happy to meet the needs of your pet/s - whether that means going for walks, trips to the dog park, backyard play, or enrichment games indoors. My work is flexible and allows me to work from most places, so I can work from your couch to give your pet company throughout the day or just drop in at various points.

Information Chloe D. would like to know about your pet

A typical day

Exercise and enrichment: Walking along greenways or trails, playing fetch or running at the dog park, DIY sniff activities at home for mental stimulation, car drives for pup cups Relaxing and connecting: snuggling on the couch, brushing fur or light grooming

Pet care experience

Thank you for considering me for your pet care needs! I am an experienced pet caretaker, pet exercise enthusiast, medication administrator, and snuggler for your furry family members. I've cared for dogs and cats my whole life, growing up caring for 3 miniature rescue poodles and a rescue cat. There are only a handful of years where I have lived without my own pup or roommate's pets who I have loved as my own. I take any (and all) opportunities to snuggle pets and go on fun adventures with the dogs I am caring for. My own dog Frankie is a 5 year old pitbull mix rescue and I have worked with her extensively through various training courses to work on her leash reactivity - so I am very experienced with pets who have different needs and comfort levels. I have also been known to befriend the shiest of pets - creating a comfortable, trusting environment for them to come out of their shells and break down their walls (which are there for good reasons!). My pet sitting experience also extends to animals with complex medical needs, including those who need insulin shots or at-home healthcare procedures. I am also a quick learner and can adapt to the needs of your pet. I communicate with pet parents often and would always be happy to arrange a pre-care intro session. Please know that I will do all that I can to ensure that all of your pet's (and your) needs are met! A little more about me: I currently work full time for the Buncombe County Planning Department. However, my days are flexible and I am able to work from home or flex my work time as needed. Unfortunately, I am a renter and cannot typically provide in-home services. However, I am very willing to come stay at your home with your pets, drop by throughout the day, and/or transport pets in my car for appointments or fun adventures.

Chloe went above and beyond for Casper, who is sad about my needing to be away every other week. He needed a lot of love, and she gave it to him.
