I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. We always had a dog or two growing up along with a few cats throughout the years. Star was 14 year old lab mix rescue that we’ve had since she was 4 months old, who passes in February 2023. I have a 8 year old Blue Healer, Bella, and a 10year old Rottweiler, Layla who passed away in August 2023. They are like our children even though we have 3 children who range in age from 12-20. I walk Bella, take her to the lake or the dog park or to walk around any of our local parks but she doesn’t like to go as far in her older years. I am on a schedule with giving medication to my pets along with treats and regular brushings. Star would only play with me with a tennis ball and Layla would play with anyone but only with a specific toy so I am well versed in picky dogs. Star also slept in bed with me but Layla preferred her crate even after she was trained, she just enjoyed her own space and would go in it when she is ready for bed. Bella sleeps with the boys. The oldest when he was home and now that he is gone she sleeps in with the youngest. That is a little about me and my dog experience. I hope you will give me the opportunity to care for your special family member. I recently made a change in my work schedule and now work at a dermatologist office Monday-Thursday, 8-5. I am still available to care for your furry friends after work on those days as well as on Fridays and the weekend. My life would not be the same without the tail wags and purrs of your favorite animals 🐾 Caring for your pet in your home will be done according to your instructions. I will treat them with all the love and respect as if they were my own but follow your guidelines for care. That will include walks, playtime, feeding schedules, treats and or any special medications or care needed. If I should need to crate your pet for safety to transport them at your request I can do that as well. Your pets safety and comfort will always be a number one priority. If you are interested in house sitting and will need me to be in the home continuously for more than 6 hours or to stay overnight please message me to discuss as this could affect your rate.

I have never had an issue with safety, trust or environment when it comes to any part of my life. I do currently board animal in my home on a limited basis depending on the dog and my schedule during that requested boarding time. I use a hands free leash with a bungee to make walks more comfortable for the dogs and safer when I am cleaning up after them on walks. I do prefer they use a harness and I have had great success with reforming dogs that would pull during walks to now pleasant walkers just by positive reinforcement. Entry and exit to your home is done according to your needs. I have clients that do it many different ways and your comfort and safety along with that of your pet is always a priority.

Christina was great with our kitties as always. We will choose her for every one of our vacations to look in on our fur babies.
Well done. As a first time Rover user and very protective of our 2 senior dogs who had abusive and fearful backgrounds, as well as separation anxiety, we were really nervous of leaving them with a "stranger." Christina was a gem! She met with us and our "boys" twice before sitting with them Her knowledge, follow through and compassion, put us at ease. We are confident and trust Christina to take care of our babies anytime. Thank you!
Chirstina watched my two dogs overnight for the first time, and they already like her more than me. Total traitors. Perhaps she'll come watch them more often!
Christina did an amazing job with my cat and dog for the week that we were gone! They both loved her and she took such good care of them and the house! She kept everything clean and tidey, played with them, cuddled with them, fed and watered them, you name it she did it and took lots of awesome pictures for us! I would absolutely recommend her and come back to her again!
My cats were well cared for as always! Christina does a wonderful job!
Our fur baby Peanut was so loved by Chirstina! We felt so at ease on our family trip knowing that he was so well taken care of! You are definitely one of a kind and loved our boy like he was your own, for which we are so thankful 🐾 ❤️

I work at a dermatology office Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm but am flexible to care for your furry family members in the evenings, on Fridays or Weekends . I do have multiple customers that rebook for the same day and time each week or month so I do apologize if I am not available on your first request.
