Thomas and I have extensive experience in pet care, I have five cats, and Thomas previously had two beloved dogs, a sheepdog and a golden retriever. Though they passed away a few years ago, his love for dogs has never faded. We are both from a smoke free family and both very tidy. We treat every pet owner's home with the same care and respect as we would our own. What sets us apart from other sitters is our deep love for animals and our natural understanding of their behaviours, as both of us grew up surrounded by pets. As a dedicated cat owner, I am patient and attentive, respecting each pet’s comfort level and needs. Thomas, having cared for two active dogs, is always full of energy and loves taking dogs on walks, jogs, and even outdoor adventures. We enjoy incorporating exercise and playtime into their routine, keeping them happy and engaged. While we don’t claim to know everything about animals, we take pride in creating a safe, caring, and stress-free environment. Our friends frequently trust us with their pets when they travel, not only because they know us personally, but because we keep them updated with videos and pictures, ensuring peace of mind. When we are pet sitting, we make owner communication a top priority, responding promptly to messages to keep them informed and always reassured.

Safety, trust & environment
We prefer to pet sit in the owner’s home together, as it provides pets with a greater sense of security. At the same time, we feel it’s safer when we stay together. We carefully follow the owner’s instructions for feeding, walking, and administering medication to ensure all their needs are met. We take pets for walks based on the owner’s guidance or when we notice they need to go outside. When they seem comfortable and ready, we engage with them through play. We never leave pets unattended and always keep windows and doors secure when they are not within our sight. Our goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment for the pets, their owners, and ourselves.

Ching and Thomas looked after Bailey and Phoebe for us overnight. They sent regular updates and photos. We were very happy and reassured that they were being looked after well.
Ching and Thomas are a lovely couple, who looked after my mini dachshund. They were brilliant at keeping me updated. Pedro really enjoyed himself and was well looked after. They left my property just as they found it. Highly recommend this charming couple.

Ching has been an excellent cat sitter. She clearly loves cats and this showed in her responses throughout. She regularly sent photos, including a video of our cat (who is quite old ) playing . Ching throughout the process has responded quickly to messages and was thoughtful around our home. I highly recommend her. We came home to a very content cat

Schedule
I have a part-time job which work in the office three days/week, my partner, Thomas, is a professional who works three days a week and from home on the remaining days, therefore, one of us will always be home while the other is at work. We really enjoy every moment when staying with pets!
