Ching did not allow me into the house to chat and see where Willow would be staying and who with. She wanted me to pass her bag of things to her at the door and leave. Bear in mind that this was Willow’s first time staying with Ching. I asked if we could just go in and have a seat so that I could discuss what was in her bag and just see the environment she’d be staying in and how the other dogs interacted with her (she told me there were 6 other dogs upon me asking how many there were from the noise along one side of the hallway). She was adamant that I leave Willow with her at the door- even after me explaining that I’d feel comfortable seeing just one room of the environment she’d be staying and how she’d be with the other dogs Willow & I hadn’t met. Unfortunately I had to back out of the overnight stay due to not being allowed to see where she’d be staying and who with. I did not expect this, as I thought it was just protocol for clients to be invited in for a quick chat before leaving there dog with a boarder for the first time. I also did not expect her to have any more than 4 dogs at the one time including Willow, as this was on her profile. She was going to be looking after 7. I feel a bit cheated out of money and trust when it comes to my booking with Ching to be honest as she was so lovely when we had our meet and greet at the park with her 2 dogs. Very unfortunate but have learned from my experience.

Sammy has come home from Ching’s a super tired boy! He had so much fun on his week’s stay with Ching & her husband. They were both amazing with Sammy. Really communicative, daily photo uploads to show us how he was getting on & settling as we were nervous due to never boarding him before. They really put our minds at ease & really catered to Sammy’s high energy, breed specific needs. We will absolutely be using Ching again in the future! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our boy ❤️

Ching and her husband are great sitters. You can tell they love dogs and are passionate about what they do. My little dachshund is only 7 months old so was a bit apprehensive about leaving him. He cannot wait to get inside when wee arrive at the house and is honestly so happy there. Thanks guys ❤️

Ching was amazing with my dog dory who stayed with her for a few days , was always kept updated on how she was doing daily photos which made me feel at ease knowing she was looked after definitely be using ching in the future 😊

Dexter had an excellent first visit with ching and her dogs.I was sent photos of his visit and he was made so welcome, he dashed straight in.When I picked him up he had run off his excess energy and slept all the way home and was a calm and relaxed boy for the rest of the night.
