Cat Sitting Specialist/Dog Walker
Hello! My name is Chiara. In addition to walking and taking care of dogs, I can also pet-sit cats and other animals in the household. I have experience administering medicine to animals, as well as keeping constant attention on those that require more daily assistance. I have had 2 cats (1 with special medical needs) in the past 11 years and also have taken care of large dog breeds that were owned by my family, including huskies. I know how to handle and control the attention of a big dog on walks. A little about me; I am Master's student at Rice University, but my hometown is sonoma county.

Chiara saved my Christmas! Very responsive, great communication and I could instantly tell she has a natural love of animals. She spent extra time each day with Dali, took photos and did everything right. Highly recommend.

Chiara was great for our dog sitting needs. We were in town for a wedding and needed a pet sitter in our hotel room while we were out. She was great at communication and on time.
Chiara did a great job for us and the kitties were happy. She sent us lots of photos over the 3 days. I especially liked that she communicated frequently.
Chiaroscuro was wonderful and we would love to have her watch our cats again.
Chiara is kind and gentle. Our animals absolutely love her! She is easy to communicate with and always update us with pictures. She is our go-to sitter whenever she is available!

Schedule
I am part time, and will update my availability as often as I can. Usually I am free more around the holiday seasons as well as summer.

Safety, trust & environment
I do drop-in house visits, dog walking, and cat care. I am comfortable giving animals medication in pill and liquid form if needed. My topmost priority is ensuring that your animal is safe, secure, and happy while you are gone!

A typical day
Socialization is really key in keeping your cat de-stressed. Even just talking to them gives them relief for the days that their owner is away. On top of feeding and playing, I want to be sure that your animal is well kept after.
