Cialing was amazing! She took such great care of Rocky during his two- night stay. From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable and reassured that he was in good hands. She kept us updated throughout his stay with messages, pictures, and videos, which meant so much to us. It was obvious that Rocky was getting lots of love, attention, and excellent care. Seeing how happy and relaxed he looked in every update gave us complete peace of mind. When we picked him up, Rocky was excited to see us, but it was also clear that he had been happy and comfortable with Cialing. That says everything! Amazing!!!! She had many great reviews, that were great which is why we chose her. She was available last minute. Our dog liked her right away. She kept us in the loop the whole time while we was away. She sent pictures and videos of our girl Lola . Also our dog is a double coat and suffers in the heat. I mentioned it to Lucy and she kept her in the ac comfortable . We felt at ease and were able to enjoy our vacation. We would be definitely be repeated clients thank you.
