Dogs play a huge role in my life and I'm more than willing to do anything that your doggo needs. I am a Program Coordinator at Dog Heaven, LLC, an animal sanctuary and rescue in Woodland Park which I work Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I do have the ability to navigate and negotiate hours.

Let me know if there are any health or physical concerns that I need to be aware of before hand. Please let me know if there are any dietary restrictions as I carry little treats with me on my walks. Are they dog friendly or reactive? I am very good with reactive dogs and the enrichment it takes to make sure they are thriving.
A typical day
I love to mentally enrich your dog by doing hikes, agility or long walks. I never pull them away from a good sniff and am extremely cautious when going into the mountains or crossing the road. Your pet's safety is my main priority.

Pet care experience
I've worked in animal care for half my life, I'm skilled in restraint, medicating and basic leash training which can be included. I'm an avid hiker and love bringing dogs with me on the trails, certified in Pet CPR and first aid, so if you want your doggo to have an adventure in the mountains, I'm your girl! Ask about taking your pup on a hike and rates!

Over the past 3 years I’ve been using Rover, Cheyenne is by far the best sitter we’ve had. She came prepared with questions about our dogs and took notes on extra details outside of their normal routine to ensure our dogs were safe and comfortable. She also went out of her way to take care of minor house keeping while we were away. Beyond impressed with her attitude and work ethic. Would recommend for future house sitting.
Cheyenne has always been a dog lover, and it shows immensely not only in the care and devotion that she gives her own pups, but in the care and devotion she gives all the pups that she has the pleasure of meeting and looking after. She has a lot of knowledge in dog safety and behavior, and always makes the dogs she's looking after top priority. Cheyenne is also an outdoor enthusiast so whether it is a neighborhood walk or a hike on the many trails Colorado has to offer, she knows the best places to help pups expend energy and get some exercise in. Aside from the wonderful care she gives the fur babies, her interactions with the humans is also very special. She is incredibly kind, informative, and it always feels like you are talking with a long time friend when she is around. I highly recommend Cheyenne to anyone looking for a kind and caring dog walker.
Axel always looks forward to his adventures with Cheyenne. She lets him hike with her and he’s not an easy boy at 180lbs. His excitement when they are leaving and his exhaustion when they return are so worth it! He loves her!!!
