Cheyanne and her family were really friendly and sweet and our kitty clearly felt very at home with them. She checked in about his eating habits and medication in the middle of the week, which gave me peace of mind that she was really paying attention to his needs. She was also flexible with our timing and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend Cheyanne!

Rover was recommended by a friend of ours as we didn’t want to kennel our 2 dogs after trying that route before. Cheyanne P, (and also Tamara), both Rover reps local near Armstrong,BC, co-helped to sit 2 Chocolate Labrador mid-aged ‘pups’ for 9 days in our home. This worked for both their schedules as they attend college classes, allowing house-sitting and multiple walks daily, taking the worry off our minds. They met our labs several days before the trip, enthusiastic and comfortable around larger dogs, asked pertinent questions and familiarized themselves with the routines & medical needs. Our dogs were so much happier within their own home/yard, compared to their kennel experience several months back. We would highly recommend either Cheyanne P or Tamara for their attitude, quality of service and care. My home looked cleaner than when we left, and doggies were content! We booked Cheyanne for the day while we went on a kayaking excursion. She was so incredibly accommodating, meeting us at the kayaking place both times to pick him up and drop him off at the end of their day. He was completely tuckered out - she had taken him to the beach, and on a hike to pick mushrooms. He was happy and tired. And considering how tired we all were after a day out on the water, it worked out perfectly!

Cheyanne was awesome, she accommodated pick up and drop off of our pup as discussed, she was on time and very responsive in all communication. She connected easily with our dog and even sent a pic during the booked time to ensure we were at easy.

We appreciated Cheyanne’s prompt communication, timely arriving and loving care of our fur-kids. She was easy to work with and obviously connected well with our pups. Thanks so much. If we’re ever in need again on future travels, we’ll keep an eye out for her!
