I’ve got hands-on experience looking after my own dog and two cats, and they’ve taught me so much about the different personalities that make each pet unique. I’ve also taken a puppy training course, so I have a solid understanding of the basics when it comes to training and behaviour. Having my own dog and two cats, I know how hard it can be to leave them, even for a little while. But don’t worry—I’ll care for them as if they were my own! Thank you Cheuk! I really appreciated the updates with everything. Came back to a happy Milo which is something that never used to happen when he stayed in a Cattery. Will be rebooking in the future!
I was travelling to the other side of the world and needed a trusted sitter. As this was the first time I’d left my precious fur baby with a stranger, it felt like a big decision—but it turned out to be a great one. I highly recommend Luby. She is calm, patient, and warm, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure both you and your pet feel cared for. The daily pictures and updates did so much to ease my nerves. There were times I had no connection and worried about my cat being lonely or getting hurt outside (I’m definitely an overthinker!), but receiving those updates during my travels reassured me that my cat was safe and happy. There were even a few small issues at home, and knowing Luby was keeping me informed was a godsend. I left a small tip and will absolutely be using her again in the future. Good pet care is priceless—I’m so grateful ☺️.
Cheuk was great and I would not hesitate to book her again. Communication was frequent and thorough and Frankie was very well looked after.
Fantastic service as always from Luby, going above and beyond with our little guy! Had to get extend the stay a day more and was done easily and she was more than willing. Also our little boy has made friends with her cats so he can’t be more excited to see them when we go away. Thanks 🙏🏻
100% would recommend Cheuk Yi C. I booked for two weeks to look after my mums Jack Russell whilst she is in hospital. Cheuk goes out of her way to make your pet feel safe and comfortable and provides comprehensive daily reports along with video clips so you can see your pet enjoying there stay. My mum really enjoys these video's and it reassures her how well Penny is being looked after and enjoying her stay, she has even made new friends with Cheuk's pets. We have since extended the booking and will definitely use this service again.
Duck stayed here for his first Christmas and can’t thank them enough! He had a great time meeting her cats and jury is still out on her very friendly dog but think that’s a normal cat reaction 😆 had his own room to acclimatise to his new surroundings but made himself at home isn such a short amount of time. Luby was very nice and very good at communicating with daily updates, videos and photos at the end of each day. Been nice to see our boy making friends and gaining some confidence. Will definitely book again if and when needed, thanks you so much!!

Programa
Pet care is a big part of my daily life. As a pet owner myself, I spend a lot of time walking, feeding, and playing with my dog and two cats, ensuring their needs are met. With a flexible work schedule, I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet sitting, allowing me to provide focused care and attention throughout the day.

Safety and trust are my top priorities. In my home, I offer a secure, pet-friendly space where they can play and relax. We have an extra room where your pet can settle in and familiarise themselves with the space (and the scent of our furry friends!). Gradually, I’ll introduce them to each other to help them get comfortable. Important: To ensure the safety and comfort of all pets, we kindly require all cats and dogs to be defleaed before their stay.

A typical day includes plenty of playtime, walks, and cuddles. I’ll start with a morning walk or play session to burn off energy, followed by feeding and some quiet time to relax. Throughout the day, we’ll have interactive play, whether it’s fetch or tug-of-war. For cats, I love using toys to stimulate their natural hunting instincts. In the evening, we’ll wind down with another walk or play session, making sure they’re happy and relaxed before bedtime.
