Information Chesley B. would like to know about your pet
It’s really important for me to know if your pet has any behavioral concerns or fear/reactivity issues—whether it’s with other dogs, new people, or certain environments. Please share any history of incidents, no matter how small, so I can take the right precautions and make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable. It also helps to know if they tend to warm up quickly or need more time and space to adjust. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can tailor my care to meet their needs and ensure a calm, positive experience.
A typical day
A typical day with me is all about keeping your pup happy, active, and loved! I offer a mix of physical and mental enrichment, including snuffle mats, stuffed KONGs, and puzzle toys to help keep their minds busy. We’ll go for walks, play, and of course, there’s always time for cuddles and belly rubs. I’m happy to help reinforce basic commands when requested, and I tailor activities to fit each dog’s energy level and personality. Whether your dog loves to run or just lounge around, I make sure their day is full of comfort, stimulation, and love.

Pet care experience
I’ve worked with animals my entire life and have always been completely dog-obsessed. I’ve had professional experience in the animal care field, including working at a veterinary clinic and spending the last three years at a doggy daycare—starting as a playroom counselor and working my way up to management. I have hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments—from nervous and fearful pups to the most outgoing and energetic ones. I’m especially passionate about French Bulldogs and have two of my own! I also live with a roommate who has two German Shorthaired Pointers, so I’m very familiar with high-energy breeds and pack dynamics. Whether your dog needs a calm, patient presence or an enthusiastic play buddy, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for—no matter how long it takes to earn their trust (and tail wags!). (Have experience with cats but this is more limited!)
