When not traveling on business trips, I work from my home office, so your dog will receive 24/7 care! I’ve had dogs my entire life and my first job as a tween was pet sitting for neighbors. My current rescue dogs are Jake; a senior Coonhound mix adopted in Tennessee and Kiba, an adult Husky-Great Pyrenees mix adopted locally and is a recovering escape artist. As a former paramedic, I have the skills to administer medications and medical care, as well as to deal with any emergencies. My large backyard is fenced and has a six-foot privacy screen! Our dogs have known that I treat them well, but that I am no “pushover”. In our house, I’m the “General”! I only give a command one time. When Jake or Kiba see the stern look and folded arms, they know to obey the command. I’ve also had a cat, fish, frogs, a turtle, a rabbit, Guinea pigs and even chameleons! I love all animals and would love spending time with yours.

Cheryl was great with our quirky pup! She is very dog savvy and Bella will definitely be going back frequently.
Cheryl boarded my dog for one week. She communicated well and often. My dog was able to get ample amount of exercise in her fenced in back yard playing with her dogs. She sent pictures each day. I feel as though she took care of my dog as if he was her own.
Cheryl was wonderful! Mya was happy and well cared for, and I was able to enjoy a weekend getaway! Thank you, Cheryl!

Ein typischer Tag
I always supervise dogs when they are out in the yard. Available activities include fetch, playing ball, frisbee or chase. For walking, I have access to mountain trails, quiet streets, and unpaved, very-low-traffic roads. My truck is set up to tether dogs in harnesses for safety.
