The cat whisperer
I am a responsible early retiree who has four cats of her own, and volunteers/fosters kittens with the All4Paws rescue. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new cats and their families, and get satisfaction from helping local families when they need a sitter.

I care for pets in the clients home only. Prior to accepting a pet sitting request, I will meet with the client to discuss and understand their needs.

I’ve never left my cats at home in the years I’ve had them, so I was a nervous wreck at the idea of leaving them over the weekend. Cheryl was amazing at dispelling all of my worries. She sent plenty of pictures, updates and even my stranger danger kitty warmed up to her almost immediately. I was very much at ease with her caring for my fur babies. I’ll definitely be rebooking in the future.

Cheryl did an AMAZING job with our two cats. She was patient with waiting for them to start opening up, attentive to their needs, and communicative to us throughout. I’m so impressed and can’t imagine anybody more suited for this!!

Schedule
I keep my Rover calendar updated weekly with my availability. I retired from a 30 year career in insurance up north and enjoy having a flexible schedule that allows me to help others.

- Every animal has their own personality. They have their favorite toys, favorite foods, favorite treats, etc. So the more you can tell me about your pet, the better I can care for them.
