A reliable and detail-oriented care giver, you can be sure that your pup will receive plenty of love and individual attention while under my watch. I work from home and offer my services to provide a home-away-from-home family experience for your pup while you are away. Only one dog is booked at a time, which allows for plenty of individual attention, frequent outside breaks, and continuous company throughout the day. A perfect situation for those that may be nervous while away from their humans. Drop-in care and walking services are also offered. In all cases, your pup will be spoiled with plenty of positive interaction -- loaded with head pats and bully rubs! I also work on obedience training, if requested, which is included at no charge while I am with your pup. Whether you are working with your pup's behavior -- breaking bad habits OR creating new, positive ones -- I will reinforce your efforts. My demeanor is gentle, soft-spoken and encouraging, as your pup will respond and learn best under these circumstances.

Schedule
Typically, I will take 1-2 longer walks per day with frequent shorter breaks during work hours. This works well especially during the hotter months, so as not to overheat my furry guests!

We live in a townhouse on a quiet street with little traffic. Our home office is located on the ground floor with an enclosed and secure courtyard walk out. This allows for some quiet fresh air and sunnaps without extraneous visual stimulus.
Pets
A typical day
I work at home and your pup will have one-on-one continuous companionship and care while with me. Only one pup stays with me at a time and receives frequent outdoor breaks and loads of attention. Fresh air and walks are big on my list! Activity level and walking distance will be adjusted as appropriate. For a drop-in at your home, I will have off-leash exercise in an outside secure area, if available. I also cater to seniors who may not have the stamina for long walks and play, by providing the outdoor stimulus that most dogs crave. We'll enjoy a respite in a comfy spot and watch/listen/smell all the wonders their surroundings offer!

- My biggest concern is to make your pet feel comfortable and relaxed. I would want to know If your pup has anxiety, fear, or aggression and any known triggers. When coming from a foundation of trust, your pup will be more at ease, allowing for a more positive interaction and rewarding time together.
