I work from home and have done for a very long time. This suited my own dog very well also she loved me at home before she passed away. This means I can be flexible for their toilet needs. Lunchtime walks in the park and can chill out with me while I work.

Pet care experience

I have over 17 years of hands-on experience caring for my own beloved dog, Millie aka Mildred, she recently passed in 2024 at the ripe old age of 17.5 and not a day goes by that I don’t think of her. She had the best life. I’ve developed a deep understanding of what pets need to feel safe, happy, and loved. Over the years, friends and family have also trusted me to care for their dogs adding to my pee care experience; whether it’s for a weekend getaway or extended travel—because they know I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and can easily adapt to their routines, dietary needs, and personality quirks. From long walks and playtime to quiet companionship and medication schedules, I’m committed to providing reliable, loving care every time.

Cheryl gave Pippin a great day. Lovely long walk and everything he needed all day, he had his treats and seems so happy since we have picked him up. We got loads of updates so we knew he was safe and cared for the whole time. Would definitely recommend her!

Cheryl is a brilliant sitter. We left our Vizsla for two weeks with Cheryl and she had a wonderful time. Great walks, a bit of pampering and lots of affection. Think the dog might have had a better holiday than us! Highly recommended

Cheryl was just amazing with our 18 month old Romanian rescue dog. She was so patient as Luna figured out her and her lovely home. After an initial walk, we booked in an overnight stay and is safe to say Luna has a new best pal! Cheryl kept is up to date throughout the stay as it was the first time Luna had been away overnight. Nothing phased her and we picked up a very chilled happy puppy the next day.

Cheryl is a wonderful pet sitter she's very attentive and has looked after my dog Penny a good few times. Penny loves Cheryl and trusts her which makes me feel really relaxed. My dog is elderly so having someone patient and that knows alot about dogs is really important to me, and Cheryl takes great care of her and sends regular updates and photos. I couldn't recommend Cheryl enough she's really reliable and trustworthy.
