Information Cheryl C. would like to know about your pet
What are your dogs favorite activities? Do they like to sit on a lap, a sofa or do they prefer a dog bed for lounging? Do they like to hang out in the yard? Are treats allowed? Do they have any allergies? Are there any personality quirks that I should be aware of (i.e. food or toy aggression, separation anxiety, etc.) ?
A typical day
My husband and I will treat your dog(s) like family. They will be allowed on our laps, furniture and bed and they will get lots of playtime and petting. When a dog is in my care, he/she will receive lots of attention, petting and treats. I always have durable pet toys on hand for a fun game of fetch or just for chewing on. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac of a dog friendly street with a park-like area just across the street which is perfect of frequent walks or outings. I'm also able to take your dog for a walk on a trail (weather permitting) if requested.

Dog friendly home with fenced yard!
Pet care experience
I've always had dogs in my family, including several rescue dogs which has been super rewarding. My husband and I have been fortunate to be able to retire early but we are both very active. I want to spend my spare time doing something productive that I love... caring for dogs is a perfect fit! Most of my time is spent at my home and in our back yard. I have 2 dogs that are very social and love spending time with other dogs. They will enjoy having play-dates with your dog(s). I believe that every dog deserves to be valued and loved. I limit the dogs I board to a maximum of 4 dogs at a time in order to ensure that each dog will get proper care and attention. I don't work outside of the home. If I need to run an errand or go shopping, my husband is typically home to care for the digs. Dogs are rarely left alone, but if they are, it is for no longer than 2 to 3 hours. When the weather is nice, we keep the sliding door open so that the dogs can hang out indoor or outdoors, wherever they feel most comfortable. During the colder months we let the dogs out every two to four hours. We don't crate dogs unless that's what they're used to. We allow dogs on our furniture and in our bed.
Reviews

Wonderful! I appreciate her dedication to our loved ones we entrust in her care. Cheryl sent photos and or videos every day and also a progress note. I highly recommend Cheryl and hope to book again when I am in the need.

Bella and Kody’s first time with a Rover sitter and Cheryl was wonderful. They are both a handful with Kody just being 5 months old, but from all the photos and videos that Cheryl sent over the five days, I felt great about both being well cared for and them feeling at home with her. Thank you Cheryl!

Cheryl was amazing! Loads of communication and an all around excellent sitter. Will reach out again soon.

Cheryl and Bob were fantastic! We received pics and videos throughout the whole stay. We could tell that Zeemo was having so much fun. Thank you Cheryl and Bob for taking such great care of our baby! We really appreciate you both!
