Dog friendly home with fenced yard!
I've always had dogs in my family, including several rescue dogs which has been super rewarding. My husband and I were fortunate to be able to retire early but we are both very active. I wanted to spend my time doing something productive that I love and caring for dogs is the perfect fit! I believe that every dog deserves to be valued and loved. I limit the dogs I board to a maximum of 5 dogs at a time in order to ensure that each dog will get proper care and attention (with the exception of over holidays when I will book up to 10 dogs) I don't work outside of the home. If I need to run an errand or go shopping, my husband is typically home to care for them. Dogs are rarely left alone, but if they are, it is for no longer than 2 to 3 hours. When the weather is nice, we keep the sliding door open so that the dogs can hang out indoor or outdoors, wherever they feel most comfortable. During the colder months we let the dogs out every two to four hours. We don't crate dogs unless that's what they're used to. We allow dogs on our furniture and in our bed.

Very kind and welcoming for Lucy. I got daily photos and videos, and my pup looked so comfy in all of them. She also has a little back yard that was perfect for my yorkie poo to explore.
So thankful she was able to accommodate last minute booking. She also sent pictures 10 minutes into the day and a few more several hours later. Prompt response and took care of my girl.
Cheryl was super easy to work with - a true professional. I know my old pup was well taken care of because he didn’t want to leave when I went to pick him up!! (What a traitor 😊) I highly recommend Cheryl.
I was so nervous to leave my dog with someone, but couldn't take him with me over the weekend. He needed medications, eye drops and ear cream and Cheryl took care of him so well. He's got a lot of separation anxiety and we've never boarded him before but he was so happy there. She sent me tons of videos and pictures to help me relax while I missed him and I completely trusted her to take care of my big baby.
Cheryl was amazing. Last minute booking and she handled our Millie with such love and care . Thank you so much.

Schedule
Dog sitting is my full time profession. I do not work outside the home and I'm available to board dogs 7 days a week 24 hours a day!

My yard is fully fenced and dog proof. I have a friendly Chihuahua mix named Rudy who loves to hang out and play with other dogs.

A typical day
My husband and I will treat your dog(s) like family. The dogs we sit are allowed on our laps, furniture and bed and they will get lots of playtime and attention. When a dog is in my care, he/she will receive plenty of petting and treats. I always have durable pet toys on hand for a fun game of fetch or just for chewing on. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac of a dog friendly street with a park-like area just across the street which is perfect for walks. I'm available to take your dog for a walk if requested (weather permitting).
