Please read the entire profile before requesting a booking. Thank you! Cherrie I love animals. Your pet will be treated with lots of love and respect as well as be spoiled. I will take them on several potty breaks and play time to meet the sheep and donkey and chickens. I have 1½ acres that I walk them on and give individual attention to them. I understand safety is important and I work hard to make sure your furry family is safe. I look forward to having your furry family come and stay with ours! About this sitter: I love animals. And I would love to help ease your mind when you are out of town by taking care of your sweet babies. Personalized attention and lots of fun. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover all of my life. I have always owned one or more dogs at a time. They are the best friends and protectors you could ever have. About my yard I do have a very large yard. I are on 1½ acres and my house is right in the middle. I do not have the the property fully fenced in just yet. That is in the works. ALL DOG ARE WALKED ON LEASH AND MUST BE LEASH TRAI.ED NOT TO PULL. I AM A FULL TIME DOG GROOMER (seperate company from here but services could be rendered at time of boarding if space is available during your stay. All fees paid to my other company, NOT through Rover. ) IN MY HOME AND ALL DOGS ARE IN KENNELS WHILE WORKING AND AT FEEDING TIME AND AT NIGHT FOR BED. YOUR DOG MUST BE KENNEL TRAINED TO STAY HERE. I have experience administering medication Yes. I don't mind administering medication.

I've used Cherrie for boarding on many occasions with a couple different dogs over the years. She has always been great and treats the dogs very well. I know when my dogs are with her they are well taken care of.

Safety, trust & environment

Safety is super important to me! Every precaution is taken to ensure your fur babies safe. This is why leash walking is required. It ensures that your babies will stay with me and I can control any pet in any situation.

Pets

A typical day

Here's where we'll take our walks I walk all dogs first thing in the morning, around noon, mid to late afternoon, and dusk. This is how often I walk our dogs when they are in the house. Your dog's sleeping arrangement If you wish to provide their personal kennel crate they are used to using that is fine. Otherwise I will provide one for them with blankets, watering and their daily food (fed to your usual feeding). Time I'll spend with your dog I am here all day interacting with all the animals. I will spend multiple time frames with each dog each time they are walked to go potty and hang out time each day with my family. I give the same attention to your fur babies at your home just as well as stays in my home. I will visit each day up to twice a day to give them potty breaks. And I will see to it that your instructions are followed. I do require a meet and greet at your home for get to know your animals and what they do. I like to do this during their feeding time if at all possible so that they understand why I am there. If there are other animals other than dogs we can discuss what is needed and adjust the pricing at that time. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I do have certain breeds that I will not take. I do need to know if they have special diets, medications to be taken and things they do and don't like when they are at home with you. Example - kids, no kids; like other animals, don't like certain animals etc.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
