Pet care experience

Hydrotherapist & All Rounder!

Over the years I've dabbled in almost everything regarding canine care, be it working at daycares or grooming salons, training, hydrotherapy, rehab, puppy raising, and senior care. Having a large aging dog pushed me more towards hydro, rehab, and senior care, but I adore pups of all ages and sizes, regardless of whether we're just chilling together or doing some training to bond!

Cherie used to work with my aging paralysed dog for 4 years before she passed. I first met her when one of my dogs started hydrotherapy, and she was very gentle and sweet with her. She also went above and beyond in helping us source a dog wheelchair, and walking my pups 3 times a week, on top of hydro once a week. She puts every bit of energy into the dogs she cares for, even those who aren't fully "healthy". I am very grateful to have met her all those years ago, and for the care she showed my dogs.

Cherie watched my Chihuahua Killer many times over the last few years. He always greatly enjoyed his time with her and even got spa time. Best of all, I could always trust her to ensure his safety and not reinforce unwanted behaviors. Having seen her managing multiple dogs at once, her ability to manage dogs with different personalities and be firm but kind with them stands out. She is also very meticulous with any medications and special diets the dogs require. Best of all, when Killer got dirty she set up a warm soak for him and gave him a spa day :) I highly recommend Cherie as a sitter. She truly cares about animals and know our pets will always be in safe hands with her.

Cherie is incredible with my dog. I know whenever I board my dog with her, he is in good hands. She doesn't just do the basics of care but goes above and beyond to work on behavioural and health issues as well. She went the extra mile to help me with managing my dog's skin issues by recommending a shampoo product and helping me to treat him with said product while he was under her care. It worked! Cherie is very knowledgeble, good with dogs and offers great all-round care for my dog! Would highly recommend!

We first approached Cherie in 2022 and she has taken care of our pup Arya countless times since. Arya usually takes some time to warm up but very quickly took to Cherie and her dog crew. She always seems to have the best time and even comes back a little better behaved. Cherie is extremely communicative, and always sends updates about Arya’s day, which we really appreciated. We’ve been able to leave Arya and enjoy our time away with a peace of mind since meeting Cherie!

Super grateful to have Cherie look after our senior dog, Nala. Cherie is very reliable and keeps us updated with lots of cute pictures and videos. We feel so safe entrusting our Nala with her. Our best pet sitting experience, and would highly recommend Cherie to anyone looking for a pet sitter and/or dog walker!

Dog care is my full time job; I dedicate most of my time and energy into multiple dogs-- mine, and other people's! I've made a career out of this for over a decade, and don't plan on leaving this industry.

I love being outdoors- I've got a large car and love driving to different parks depending on time constraints and weather! No adventure is too big or too small. We can stay in for a chill and relaxed one, or go out for a big hike.
