Im working on something personal right now which allows me the flexibility to travel and dog sit. I prefer the beach, mountains, lakes, quiet over cities. I'm a kiteboarder and hiker, so i'm partial to areas I can explore with these activities.

I always follow the household schedule and your pets preferences. During my time in your home, I will leave it generally cleaner than I found it. I'm comfortable traveling to dog parks, trails etc with a dog or two in my car.. I'm happy to keep your plants happy, enjoying a green thumb.

Im quite comfortable with dogs on or off leash depending on your preference. I need to know if your dog is reactive to other dogs, people, squirrels, rtc. I also am asthmatic in response to cats and smoke, so will not care for pets In a home also occupied by cats or smokers. Non smoking homes only. Due to severe allergies, I cannot stay in a home with cat snuggling humans, but can feed your outdoor cats.
A typical day
I have missed the daily walks with my dog, since he passed. It is part of what brought me.to caring for others' dogs. I love taking hikes and will include your dog family if it is an activity your dog enjoys. I'm also quite happy taking them for a ride or simply tossing a favorite toy in the backyard. If your dog is older or limited in mobility, and prefers to curl up, im happy to be a chill partner and will grab my laptop and be a couch buddy.

Living in the OBX, Willing to travel, see new places! I want to help care for your dog in your home because I believe pets are happiest in their home setting. I never boarded my dog, always traveled with him or had a family member stay. I'm excited to meet all your fur family and see some new places. If you live near trails, i particularly enjoy a hiking dog. I will travel for overnight care up to a few hours. I also visit NH regularly.
