I work from home, so I am with the animals the whole time with the exception of leaving to run errands, etc. I don't leave them home by themselves for more than a couple hours.

I have a fenced area in the back for potty time. I take dogs on regular walks throughout the day. I have my house gated in separate areas so I can separate animals as needed. I use crates as needed. Your pets are treated as my own when they are with me. They are a part of our family. Animals are always fed in separate areas so they do not accidentally consume another animal's food.

Upon booking, immediately send me your pet's up to date vaccine records. If I do not receive your pet's vaccine records within 24 hours, I will cancel your pet's stay. It is important to me that all pets in my home are safe, happy, and healthy. I require a Google Form to be filled out upon booking. Please send me your email address so I can send you the form. If form is not received within 24 hours, I will cancel your booking. Please inform me ahead of time if your pet has special needs, takes medication, has dietary restrictions, and behavioral concerns so I can best care for your pet and any other pets in my home. There is no shame in having behaviors. It is important I know about them so I can provide the best care possible. I require all dogs over 6 months to be spayed/neutered and over 2 months to be taking a flea preventative. I can administer a flea preventative (Frontline) for $20 if your pup is not currently taking one. This will provide one month of flea protection. All pets must arrive bathed/groomed, free of mattes, and sanitary areas trimmed and clean in order to keep all dogs happy and healthy and reduce the spread of infection and bacteria. A $40 fee will be assessed to bathe/brush the dog if they do not arrive clean.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks so they can explore the neighborhood. I play with them regularly. I will work with them on leash behavior as needed, and other basic training when they are with me.

I have taken care of pets my whole life. I started with my pets at home and then moved on to care for family and friend's pets. About four years ago, I began working with a dog trainer as a receptionist and dog boarder. Now, I work for myself.

I felt at ease the first time I met Cherie. My dog, Blaze, was very comfortable with her at the meet and greet. Cherie took good care of him and updated me regularly with photos. I was happy that Blaze had a buddy (Cherie’s dog, Fox) to play with during his stay. I will definitely contact her again the next time I need to board Blaze.
Cherie was great with our dog and so accommodating. We were nervous to leave our dog Fera because she has really bad separation anxiety, but Cherie put us at ease. She kept us up to date with lots of pictures and Fera got along great with her dog. We had a few hiccups in our trip and had to push back the pickup time and Cherie was super understanding about everything!
Cherie was amazing. She kept me very well notified on my dogs days with her and lots of photo updates. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with their dog
Cherie provides individualized care to each animal she boards. No matter if your pet has a restricted diet or simply needs extra cuddles, she can be counted on to take care of your pet. When Cherie took care of my elderly and anxious pup, she ensured my dog felt safe, secure, and provided stimulating activities to her to keep her engaged. Definitely recommend!
