Chenhui provided exceptional care for Jammy, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She kept us updated throughout the stay with so many photos and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind. She carefully followed all of Jammy’s care instructions and reached out whenever she had any clarifying questions, showing how attentive and responsible she is. Her dog, Bruno, was a wonderful companion for Jammy, and the other furry friends, Mochi and Ginger, made the experience even more fun. Jammy enjoyed plenty of long walks and even had an exciting car ride to a regional park! Chenhui did an amazing job managing the needs of all the dogs while ensuring each one received individual attention and care. We were especially impressed during the meet-and-greet process. She made sure we were completely comfortable with Bruno being around Jammy and even went the extra mile by arranging a second meet-and-greet to ensure the dogs got along well before the stay. It’s clear that Chenhui genuinely loves and understands dogs. We felt completely at ease knowing Jammy was in such caring hands, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. We highly recommend Chenhui to anyone looking for a trustworthy, thoughtful, and dedicated dog sitter!

As a person, Chenhui is kind, understanding, and loving towards friends and colleagues. As a dog owner, she is patient, responsible, and attentive towards her own German shepherd Bruno. As a dog boarder, She is very professional, experienced and thoughtful towards her human and canine customers. I would say she values the living quality and feelings of her canine customers very much by actively communicate with their human owners for accommodative feedback and suggestions.
