🐾 About Me Hi, I’m Cheng — I provide calm, structured, one-on-one care for dogs. I’ve cared for dogs for 8+ years and treat every pup like family. I’m knowledgeable in dog care, training, and canine behavior. I know how to read body language, respond calmly, and create a safe, positive environment for dogs of all breeds and personalities. ❤️ My Approach My goal isn’t just to watch your dog — it’s to help them feel understood, comfortable, and at home while you’re away. I take time to notice how each pup is feeling and meet them where they are, whether they’re shy, playful, or a little anxious. With patience and gentle guidance, I help them relax and adjust at their own pace. I also follow your instructions closely so their experience feels familiar and reassuring. My partner also plays a big role in the care we provide. She puts in real time and energy in dog care because she genuinely cares. She trained our own dog and is always learning more about training, diet, and health. Her attention to detail and depth of knowledge are rare to find. Together, we provide a level of care that goes beyond basic sitting. 🐕 Your Dog’s Companion We trained our Pom to be AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certified — calm, gentle, and respectful with all sizes of dogs. She’s a steady, positive role model, respects other dogs, and introductions are always slow and supervised.

Our Pomeranian Brownie had an amazing time with Cheng. I could tell from all the wonderful photo and video updates that Brownie felt right at home and was genuinely happy. It’s such a relief to find someone Brownie loves visiting so much. Will definitely book again!
Cheng did a fantastic job boarding Coffee! He provided frequent updates and photos, which really put my mind at ease. Coffee was a bit of a picky eater, but Cheng was incredibly patient and proactive—trying different methods like adding warm water. Communication was seamless, and he was very accommodating with the pickup schedule. It’s clear he truly cares about the dogs he watches. I’ll definitely be booking with Cheng again!
Cheng was *so* great with my Panda boy! He provided walks, stimulation, and care. Cheng sent lots of photos too, which eased my mind and made me smile! I would highly recommend Cheng.

We’ve onboarded with Cheng and Milu for multiple times before we learned they are on Rover! We booked a 6 days boarding with them this time. Cheng is the most caring sitter I’ve ever seen, with his love, caring, Ginger always feels relax and like-home. Whenever we watch the videos and pictures, Ginger is always smiling, tails wiggling up, and relaxing! Ginger is a shy girl and may take some time to get fully relax. Cheng is patient and has so much experienced on dog. He cares about Ginger, and treat her like his own doggy! Ginger got chances exploring on multiple new trails, her poop and feelings are always well checked! Ginger used to be picky at kibble as meals, Cheng introduced a new game that puts kibbles in some hidden toys that involve more game-fun-like vibe. Ginger does enjoy the food finding game and finish all the kibbles that she used to leftover at home! Moreover, Milu is like a role model for Ginger! Milu is the most well behaved doggy! She is easygoing, calm and confident! Ginger gets more confident by leaning from Milu. When Ginger saw new toys or in new places, she started to explore calmly when companion with Milu! I’m so grateful to have Ginger onboarded with Cheng and Milu! They are the best rover ever!
Highly recommend! Cheng took amazing care of my Pomeranian Brownie. Before the stay, they carefully asked about Brownie’s routine and any special care instructions, which made me feel very reassured. During the stay, Cheng provided timely updates and photos, and took Brownie out for daily walks as well as multiple times of mental encroachments each day. It was clear that Brownie was happy and well cared for. The best Rover I can ever imagine. Gave me full peace of mind while I’m traveling. I would absolutely book with them again!

🚶 Daily Life & Exercise Since we work from home most days, your dog will enjoy plenty of attention, walks, and potty breaks. • Weekdays: two 30-minute walks • Weekends: one 2-hour hike • Plus playtime, training games, or cozy downtime based on your pup’s needs

🏡 Safety & Comfort We host only one dog at a time. This allows us to fully focus on your dog’s routine, comfort, and emotional state without the stress of a multi-dog environment. You will receive regular photo/video updates — giving you peace of mind while they feel safe and cared for. ✅ Good Fit for Our Home Housebroken (no pee pads), up to medium size, able to sleep by itself, and comfortable being left alone.

A typical day
We get to know each dog based on their comfort level and personality, and offer plenty of fun and enrichment — whether that’s playtime, sniffy walks, light hikes, or just hanging out together. We also keep a good balance of structure and flexibility during their stay. There’s time for socializing, but also plenty of rest and personal space so both dogs can feel safe and relaxed. If your pup is working on any training, I’m happy to help keep things consistent while they’re with us, always with patience, love, and positive reinforcement.
