Cheltsey provided great care towards our two cats, Ming and Ollie. She is always on the scheduled time, plays with the cats, feed them and replace their water. I highly recommend her to take care of your babies too!
Very professional and caring with my fur babies! I have booked multiple times and her service has always phenomenonal.
I hate leaving negative reviews. However, we came home to a hot mess. Piss and shit everywhere and the dogs were starving. We agreed to 4 drop-in visits (1 Friday evening, 2 on Saturday, and 1 Sunday morning). She did not hold up her end of the agreement. She claims she dropped by Saturday around 3-4pm. That’s Friday night to Saturday evening without food or potty. She did not show up Sunday morning. Another 24 hrs without food or potty. I choose her because of the great reviews. She should have never agreed if she was not able to meet the obligation.
