Chelsy has always had a special gift for connecting with animals. I have seen firsthand the love, patience, and understanding she brings to caring for them. She took an abused rescue dog under her wing, and I watched him blossom from an anxious, frightened pup into a secure, loving, and happy dog. He became part of our family as well, and it was a privilege to watch him grow old surrounded by the love and security he deserved. He passed away as an old dog, supported by his loving family, and will always be missed. I also watched Chelsy open her home as a foster mom to puppies suffering from parvovirus. It was a heartbreaking situation, but she provided them with consistent, compassionate care and unwavering attention. I cannot imagine a better place for those puppies to have been during such a difficult time. What makes Chelsy special is that caring for animals is not simply something she does—it is part of who she is. She has an instinctive ability to read animals, understand their needs, and make them feel safe and loved. Whether an animal needs patience, reassurance, medical attention, or simply companionship, she seems to know exactly what to do. I would trust Chelsy with any pet without hesitation. Anyone fortunate enough to have her care for their animal can feel confident that their pet will be treated with the same love and attention she gives her own.
