For cats, I'll typically start by refreshing food and water and cleaning the litter box, as well as tiding up any messes made between visits. I find that once I'm finished with chores, the cats are finished eating and ready to play, so I'll then spend the remainder of the visit playing with their favorite toys and giving them all the pets their hearts desire. With dogs, I love getting them excited with a favorite toy then taking them out on a walk around the neighborhood or to a nearby park or field to let them chase a ball or toy to get any pent up energy out.

I've been a pet owner most of my life having cats and dogs growing up, and I have 3 cats now. While I'm exclusively a cat owner right now, don't let that fool you, I love all animals and especially love caring for cats and playing with dogs. I have a calm and friendly energy that's warm and welcoming, allowing for new animals to feel comfortable with me right off the bat. One of my cats requires medicine orally via syringe every morning, so I feel comfortable taking care of cats with medicine requirements. I have experience with taking care of elderly dogs and dogs that require medicine to be measured out and administered as well. I work from home, so I'm available at all hours of the day to drop in for feedings and walks, and I'm also available to stop by multiple times a day if that's what you're looking for.

Chelsea is exactly what I was hoping to find in someone to look after my cats. My cats are the world to me and my kids; I know the peace of mind and reassurance I had while I was away all came from the fact that I knew my cats were in great hands.I trust Chelsea completely.And she will be at the top of my list when it comes to finding care for them in the future.
Chelsea was absolutely amazing! This is my first time using Rover and it was very last minute for a trip I suddenly needed to take on short notice. She was available , and totally accommodating of my unique schedule and needs with my cats. She wrote up such wonderful little daily reports from her visits, with pictures, and has a great ethic around what she does , for example always making sure to lay eyes on all of the Cats before leaving, in case some of them are hiding. She even generously gave more of her time than necessary when one of my cats showed up and decided it wanted a little more attention moments before she was about to leave. I highly recommend Chelsea , and will definitely look to rebook her in the future if she's available when I'm traveling.

Chelsea filled a very last minute invite to care for our sweet kitty. Our kitty warmed up to her so quickly and we had no doubt she would be in great hands. Chelsea is kind, reliable, consistent and we looked forward to her daily updates and pictures, which were always so fun to see.
