SCHEDULE: I work as a companion care provider on a full time basis! Despite being fully booked in advance more often than not with my current regular clients, my schedule is somewhat flexible & I am often able to accommodate the vast majority of bookings for the most part. Please make sure to take a peek at my calendar availability first & continue to read through the rest of my profile’s individual information before making a booking request with me! At the moment I am only able to accept bookings within the Griesbach area, in order to accommodate all of my current clients & am not able to stray too far away from this vicinity. However, I am more than happy to *potentially* take on the odd request from outside of my service area for an additional fee - when available! Area / distance dependent, price subject to change based on km’s (to & from).

A typical day
DOG WALKING: * * * Meet & Greet Booked as Paid Drop-In Visit * * * I’m a quality over quantity gal to say the least! My sole priority during each & every single one of my walk bookings is to simply let your pup go at their preferred pace & enjoy our walk together to the fullest - which means that my walks are 99.9% dog led for the most part. It is their walk, after all! So with that being said, you can expect your pup to not only get in some physical exercise, but also plenty of mental stimulation & enrichment along the way by allowing them to sniff to their hearts content, dig, roll around, play & simply do what dog’s do best (when safe to do so) while we’re out there in the world. Please be sure to provide all necessary accessories in order to ensure a safe walk for not only your pup, but myself & other people / animals as well (properly fitted & comfortable harness, up to date identification tags, a copious amount of their favourite bite sized high value treats, etc). Because I am a force free advocate - I will *not* use any sort of aversive “tools” such as prong collars, choke chains, shock collars, physical corrections, etc. PLEASE NOTE: My time begins immediately upon my arrival & ends once I’m back in my vehicle, your photos have been prepared, your rover card has been completed & a follow up message has been sent. If you happen to have an anxious or nervous pup that may require an extended amount of time to help build their confidence in order for us to get to know each other OR have their accessories comfortably equipped & you feel that they require a full 30 / 60 minutes devoted solely to our stroll - please feel free to let me know & we can always add on additional time to your booking! DROP-IN VISITS: * * * Meet & Greet Booked as Paid Drop-In Visit * * * If you are making a drop-in visit booking, then rest assured I will follow all of your instructions assigned beforehand to the best of my ability. Drop-in visits typically include a potty breaks for dogs; litterbox scooping for cats; enclosure cleaning for little critters; mental stimulation via. puzzles, toys & brain games for all animals alike; replenishing of food & water dishes; several high quality photos; a detailed description of our time spent together & plenty of snuggles / playtime of course! Be sure to prepare / provide some of your companions absolute *favourite* high value treats in order to make the experience even more positive & rewarding as we get to know each other. PLEASE NOTE: Though I do not mind occasionally performing very simple / basic tasks outside of my general scope of services for extended drop-in visit bookings (mail collection, watering a plant or two, etc.) please keep in mind that you are booking me *solely* as an animal care provider. Reasonable requests made outside my area of expertise will potentially be completed to the best of my ability, at my own discretion & will only be done so within my booked time frame! With that being said, I fully reserve the right to refuse any task requests that are simply not reasonable to ask of an animal care attendant to perform during a drop in visit booking.

Best Care - For Your Best Friends!
Pet care experience
Hey, hi & hello there fellow fur parents! My name is Chelsea, & I am an avid animal lover through & through - now servicing the wonderful north side of Edmonton / St. Albert area. Animals have always had a super duper soft spot in my heart ever since I can remember to say the least! From a very young age, I had initially aspired to become a veterinarian so that I could take care of them. Despite the fact that I have pursued a different animal related career path in my adulthood, my love for animals of all shapes & sizes is still as prominent as ever! I wholeheartedly enjoy & truly love what I do. Here are several notable highlights to consider when booking with me for you to take a peek at beforehand: ⭐️ Certified R+ Dog Trainer! ⭐️ Alberta Force Free Alliance Member! ⭐️ Fear Free Certified Professional! ⭐️ Walks ‘N’ Wags First Aid Certified! ⭐️ I am a science based training advocate! ⭐️ Over 120+ reviews from clients & counting! ⭐️ Experienced with fearful & reactive pups! ⭐️ Positive reinforcement enthusiast! ⭐️ My communication is always timely! ⭐️ I take high quality & candid photos! With that being said, I have 15+ years of professional experience (in addition to my own personal experience caring for animals from a very young age) working with a wide variety of critters - from dogs, guinea pigs, cats, rabbits, fish, birds, reptiles, etc. My overall understanding & knowledge of such a vast range of animals allows me to provide your beloved companions with the utmost care that they require while under my watch! As a devout fur parent myself, I completely understand the amount of responsibility that comes with looking after the well-being of sentient beings alike & am committed to ensuring that they are always in safe, loving & caring hands. FUN FACT: I started my first dog walking "business" when I was just 8 years old for only $2 per walk! Thank you so very much for stopping by & taking the time to read through my profile. If you have any further questions or inquiries for me whatsoever, please do not hesitate to get in touch at any point in time & I will be more than happy to help of course! I truly look forward to hearing from you & potentially caring for your furry, scaled or feathered little family members. PLEASE NOTE: I am simply an independent contractor through Rover & am not a hired employee - which is why care providers are able to set their own individual rates on this platform. In addition to Rover taking a 20% commission of what I make from each booking & charging fur parents a 5-7% fee on top of that as well, all of my service rates are priced accordingly (based on my personal experience / education) & are in line with the professional animal care industry rates here in Edmonton. I pride myself on the fact that I am able to provide continuous, one on one services backed by years of ample experience, certification & education in order to look after animals in a professional & caring manner!
