Safety, trust & environment

In my home, pets are treated like family. I create a calm, safe, and loving environment where your pet can feel comfortable and secure. I stick closely to their normal routine—whether that’s feeding times, potty breaks, medications, or bedtime habits—to help them feel at ease. With my background as a veterinary technician, I’m confident in caring for pets with special needs, anxiety, or specific health concerns. I always monitor closely for any changes in behavior or health and keep communication open with pet parents. Your pet will have a clean, cozy space to relax, plenty of love and attention, and of course, lots of playtime and snuggles (if they’re the cuddly type)! 🐾💛

Information Chelsea L. would like to know about your pet

Before caring for any pet, I love to know as much as possible so I can give them the best experience! It’s helpful to know: • Their daily routine (mealtimes, potty breaks, walk preferences) • Any medical conditions, medications, or allergies • How they handle strangers, other animals, loud noises, or separation • Their favorite things (treats, toys, belly rubs?) and what makes them nervous • Any training cues or house rules you’d like me to follow As a veterinary technician, I’m also comfortable working with pets who have medical needs or behavioral quirks. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can keep your pet safe, happy, and stress-free! 💛

A typical day

Every pet is unique, so I tailor our time together based on what they love most! For playful pups, we’ll enjoy walks, fetch, tug-of-war, and exploring new smells. For cuddle bugs, I’m always up for cozy snuggle sessions, belly rubs, and lots of sweet talk. 🐶💛 If your pet enjoys learning, I can work on fun training games to keep their mind active. I also make sure to stick to your pet’s routine, so they feel comfortable and secure while having fun. My goal is to keep your pet happy, entertained, and feeling loved while you’re away—whether that’s through activity, affection, or both!

I've used Chelsea for boarding a couple of times now and am so happy I found her. She's quick to respond, flexible on drop-off and pick-up, sends updates and is genuine in her love and care for my dog. I trust her and I'll continue to use Chelsea in the future. Highly recommended!

Chelsea was really responsive and communicated well. We felt extremely comfortable leaving our cat in her hands and did not worry while we enjoyed our vacation. She sent us lots of pictures and gave us updates on the cat’s behavior, temperament, etc.

Chelsea is the best! She’s so positive and enthusiastic. She handled our dogs special medical and dietary needs, even brushed her teeth before bed (like we’ve done since she was a puppy)! Not only did she keep us updated with photos, but she has a great eye — her photos are some of the best we have of our little monster.
