Doting dog mum & a big-hearted pup 🫶🤝
A lifelong animal lover and advocate with hands-on experience caring for animals of all shapes, sizes and temperaments - from growing up with rescue pets to professional experience as a dog walker more recently, where I handled up to 4 dogs at a time. Today, I’m a proud mum to Rico, our sweet and playful 2 yr old Husky x Mastiff, who's very friendly and always keen to make new pals - big and small! Adopting Rico has taught me even more about handling and training strong, energetic breeds with confidence, patience and a whoole lotta love 💝 As a heads up for first-time bookings, a free meet & greet would be needed ahead of any Daycare requests, while a full trial day - offered at 20% off the full price - would need to be completed ahead of any long-stay Boarding of 2+ nights. Chelsea and Rico were amazing to Cotton. She was visibly so happy on her time there. Long walks definitely made her happy. She has been so calm since I picked her up. Thank you for the patience with her, she is just a puppy and Rico has been a good influence on her for sure.
Highly recommend Chelsea's services, who will look after your dog as her own. She has a lovely, friendly dog. Great communication with regular updates.

I work remotely for the whole week, so I am flexible throughout the days to give pets in my care all the attention, walks, tickles and toys they might need.

I know first-hand how important it is to feel at ease when leaving your fur bby in someone else’s hands, so I prioritise communication, consistency in individually tailored care and genuine affection in every visit! We live in a 3 bedroom house on a quiet dead-end close, and have a secure fenced garden that your dog would have access to whenever they'd like, whether it's a quick toilet break, a run around with my doggo, or a snooze in the sun spots. We can only take houseguests that are friendly and well-socialised with other dogs due to Rico being quite playful, and they must also be good with children, as my partner has an 8 year old daughter who stays with us 50% of the week. She is very loving and gentle with animals, and used to the company of big dogs, but its really important that any pets we take in have a good temperament and no history of aggression. I can also cater to any specific diets, schedules or administering oral medicines - for overnight stays I just ask that you provide their usual food to keep things consistent and comfortable while they're away from home, and you're welcome to bring anything that might give them xtra comfort if needs be 💝 For added peace of mind all-round, dogs need to be microchipped and come with their collar and ID tag please. Rico needs lots of stimulation through play or training, and we're also often out a few times a day at least to stretch our legs and socialise in the surrounding nature reserves. Between walk and play there's plenty of time for love and tickles, or separate rooms to take themselves off for a chill.
