I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats my whole life. My 16 year old pitbull/american bulldog mix Riley was the light of my life. She passed away in April and I’m not ready yet to adopt again. Recently I have been watching my friends dogs for company at home because my apartment feels so empty without her. I have experience with both senior dogs and puppies and reactive dogs as well. I also have experience with administering medication and caring for dogs with special needs. I am responsive around the clock- I work full time in Marine Operations at Norwegian cruise line so I am always available by phone and you will never have difficulty reaching me.

Chelsea has been absolutely amazing with our dog Gator. She has cared for him overnight and helped us with walks, and her genuine love for him truly shows. He absolutely lights up and gets so excited every time he sees her, which gives us so much peace of mind knowing he is with someone he loves and trusts. Chelsea is also wonderful about sending frequent photos and updates, which makes us feel connected to him even when we’re traveling. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and truly consider her an extension of our dog’s care team. We couldn’t recommend Chelsea more highly!
I can’t recommend Chelsea enough! She’s incredibly caring, reliable, and truly has the most natural connection with dogs. My dogs absolutely adore her, and I always know they’re safe, loved, and having fun in her care. She’s calm, attentive, experienced, and handles every situation without having to reach out to me. It’s such a relief knowing they’re with someone who treats them like her own. I would trust her again without hesitation.
Chelsea has been absolutely wonderful with our Dutch Shepherd, who is incredibly active and requires a consistent routine and plenty of exercise. She took the time to understand his specific needs, schedule, and personality, and cared for him as if he were her own. One of the things we appreciated most was the regular updates, photos, and messages she sent, which gave us complete peace of mind while being away. It was clear that our dog was happy, well-exercised, and receiving excellent care. Chelsea is reliable, attentive, compassionate, and truly loves animals. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and exceptional pet caregiver.

Schedule
Monday through Thursday I usually go to the office from about 7am - 2pm. If a dog I’m caring for needs more attention I usually just take some work from home days. Otherwise we would have a nice long sunrise walk before I leave home at 7 and an afternoon walk upon my arrival at 2:30 ish. If your dog enjoys car rides I would also love to take them on adventures to get coffee, or visit my parents (they live just 10 blocks from me). It’s really whatever your dog is accustomed to I will provide.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a spacious apartment 1 bed 2 bath. My building has a dog park in the complex, but I prefer to walk in my neighborhood. It’s a beautiful area with lots of waterfront and grass in front of the homes for exploring. In my apartment, Dogs are allowed on all the furniture but if that’s not allowed in your house I won’t encourage it.
