I work full time and I’m available when I work remotely from home on Thursday-Friday or on weekends. During those times I can accommodate frequent potty breaks, walks, or drop in visits depending on the need.

I have a large fenced yard and live in a neighborhood with great access to trails and parks. I currently have a 13 year old cat who is very sweet but timid. Depending on the need I can keep my cat separate from other animals during boarding but happy to let them all hang if that works too- just let me know! I’m comfortable with leashed walks including with larger breeds. If staying at my house, the dog can have frequent access to run and play in my fenced yard.

A typical day
I’m happy to let the dog play in my large fenced back yard or take them on walks to parks and trails nearby, including taking them for a swim or dip in the river if that’s desired!

Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life and have also taken care of pets of family and friends over the years. I know how important it is to have someone you trust and want your animals to feel comfortable and well taken care of! I have experience mostly with larger dogs and senior pets including giving oral medication so I’m happy to accommodate your pet’s needs!

Chelsea was wonderful with my pup, Dewey! She provided toys for him to play with, played ball in the back yard, and took him for a long walk while I was working all day. I will definitely book with her again, she cared for my boy the same way I would have.

Chelsea was WONDERFUL! She did a great job taking care of our senior dog and puppy, which each have completely different needs. Our senior dog has arthritis and is on multiple medications, all of which Chelsea had experience with. Our other dog has extreme energy and requires lots of play time. Chelsea took him on multiple walks and played fetch in her large backyard. I felt so assured that they were in good hands - which is what you want while on vacation! Definitely recommend and am already booking our next stay with her!
