About Lacie

Lacie is a sweet, gentle, playful mix (she was a stray, so we're not sure)! Her favorite things are kisses, snuggles, and tug-of-war. She LOVES people, kids, other dogs, cats, and even ferrets! She's about a year and a half old or so; I found her around 6 weeks old in November 2014! My best friend named her Lacie because she was found on the way to a wedding, and her fur looked whiter then (she has brown spots now).

  • Sex: Female
  • Age: 3 years, 10 mo. old
  • Weight: 45lbs
  • Breed: Labrador Retriever & Mixed
  • Tracking Chip: No
  • Spayed: True
  • House Trained: Yes
  • Gets along with children: Yes
She loves my 13 year old cousin, my 2 year old cousin (she just watches him from a distance in curiosity, maybe kisses him if I let her), and my 5 year old neighbor. She is sweet and gentle with them. She loves them even more if they want to play, but she would be just as happy kissing or snuggling them.
  • Gets along with other dogs: Yes
I take her to the Overton dog park all the time, and every dog is her best friend! She likes big dogs and little dogs, although it takes about 2 minutes of submissiveness to get comfortable with a much bigger dog.
  • Gets along with cats: Yes
She is a big fan of my Dad's cat Lemon. She keeps her distance for the most part, but every once in a while Lemon lets her lick or sniff her. She is afraid of some cats since she was scratched once and is a big chicken, but she just keeps her distance from scary cats :)

Special Requirements

None! Very low maintenance.
