Hello! My name is Chelsea and I live in Pinehurst, NC. Currently, I am an online Masters student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Being online provides me with a lot of flexibility and has enhanced my scheduling powers! Future clients need not worry, as I can do my classes from any location. When I’m not studying, I love to hang out with my 12-year-old Yorkie (Bella) or my close-knit family. That being said, I love animals and have taken care of pets for friends and family since high school. I do believe that one's pet is an extension of one's family, and so I would treat all animals with patience, respect, and care. Additionally, I am the owner of an elderly dog, and so I am capable of taking care of animals at any stage. I feel owning a pet is a huge honor, and would treat all clients' pets as if they were my own while in my care. *I am also proficient in Spanish and am ready to speak with you or your pet if need be!

My school's flexibility allows me to spend ample time with my future clients' pets and will allow me to give my full attention to the animals. Once again, I am very flexible in my schedule and can accept requests any day of the week (including weekends). The one request I ask of all future clients is to please provide me with important information regarding your pet’s needs, whether that be physical, dietary, medical, or behavioral. As a pet owner myself, I understand that leaving one’s pet can be stressful, and want to make this an easy process.

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs, dietary restrictions, or behaviors that I should be aware of while they are in my care. I do not have breed preferences! I have worked with a variety of dogs and cats.
A typical day
Activities will depend on information provided by the client. During my visits, the animals can be walked, played with, or taken to my local park (pets will remain on leash). Daily activities will always be decided on by the clients.
