Hi, I’m Chelsea, a lifelong animal lover with plenty of hands on experience across dogs and cats of every size and temperament. At home I have one cat and two german shepherds, one of the GSDs is a cross breed with a golden retriever at the ages of 5 and 9 so I know large and working breeds and have experience in handling and training dogs who are anxious and reactive, I will understand their energy, their training needs, and how to keep them settled and happy. I’m confident with big dogs, nervous dogs and anything in between. I’m also happy to take cats for walks who are trained in this. I have experience with giving animals medication including my own cat when I rescued her, and my dogs after operations and injuries. Beyond my own, I’ve fostered and rescued cats, including supporting one through labour and the birth of her litter. I’ve also I’ve also sat for a wide range of dogs and cats over the years, from shy rescues to boisterous puppies, and I adapt my approach to whatever each pet needs to feel comfortable. Whether your pet needs an experienced hand with a reactive breed, gentle care for a senior dog, or just a sitter who won’t bat an eye at the unexpected, I’d love to help.
