My children are 8 years, 6 years, 4 years, and 3 months old. My 8 year old especially enjoys caring for animals. He currently helps to feed the pets. But he has a special love for dogs, especially small ones. Our daily routine would include breakfast, outdoor play in the fenced yard, naps in living room, and lots of cuddles, snuggles, and play.

In order to make you puppy or kitty feel comfortable, I always like to form a positive association. I want your baby to feel as comfortable as they possibly can be with us. I can accept two dogs per stay for daycare and overnights. I'll need to know their history with cats and small children, routines, and any medical needs I'll be tending to.

Information Chelsea A. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know the temperament of the dog, how they get along with children and cats. I need to know about potty schedules, though I can accommodate most potty schedules they are on. I also need to know about daily exercise needs and if there are any medication needs.
A typical day
We always start the day with potty breaks, breakfast, and then usually free play. After that, we typically have some structured play time and my kids love to play with them during this time. I'm only away from home about 6 to 7 hours a week so there is always someone to be home with your babies. Because I'm home so often, potty breaks can happen on pretty much any schedule as well as medication administration.

Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Chelsea and I want to puppysit for you! I have been caring for animals for most of my life. Since I was a very young child, I've had a cat, dog, or a bird. To me, a home without a pet is missing something. In my house, we have a 4 year old cat, Basil, and 1.8 year old cat named Phoebe. I also have four children aged 8, 6, 4, and 3 months. They've been around pets their whole lives and are respectful of them. My oldest loves to play with our doggie houseguests and my youngest two are the designated cuddlers. We live in a quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. We have a fully-fenced backyard with plenty of room for doggies to romp or sunbathe. I am prepared for overnight stays and doggy daycare. I'm also available for drop-ins and I can help keep your fur-kids happy during the holidays. We really love for our pup-guests to feel like part of the family because they feel like family to us. Building long-term care relationships with clients and their dogs is what keeps us doing this, because we look forward to seeing them during the holidays, school breaks, and vacations. We can't wait to meet you!
Reviews

Chelsea and her family truly cared about making our dogs feel at home. She kept us well informed with multiple photos each day. We will definitely board J & J with her again and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for reliable, loving pet care.

Oh my gosh! Chelsea A and her family were the absolute best! Our german shepherd had the time of his life - communication was excellent and she always kept us informed on how Maverick was doing. Her family is wonderful and Maverick fell in love with them! I have him home now, he's a little tired from getting all that attention for 5 days and is an extremely happy doggie! I would leave 10 Stars if I could; Chelse A is an A+++ Top #! Greatest of All time pet sitter!

Chelsea and her family were so kind to my Bella and she sent me pictures throughout her stay. Previously, Bella had a very depressing stay (little to no interaction) at a dog boarding facility that is highly recommended. I've been hesitant to leave her since, but remembered how I've had great experiences using Rover.com. After meeting with Chelsea, I felt extremely comfortable leaving Bella with her plus she only takes in one dog at a time. She texted me throughout with pics which gave me peace of mind. I will definitely book with her again.

We loved having Chelsea watch our dog Fisher. She was throughout with instructions and care. Her kids were so sweet with our dog. Chelsea gave lots of updates with pictures. Would definitely use her again!
