I have lived with dogs and cats my entire life. I watched my first dog give birth and my sisters and I helped my mom take care of the puppies. Washing and brushing them, helping to train them, taking them on walks to the parks. Every dog that I had and watched was loved for unconditionally. I don't treat any dog different from another. I want the dogs to feel at home and feel like they will be loved just as their owners love them. If there are special things an owner wants me to do with their dog, it will get done. I ask that your dog be trained to follow simple commands (sit, stay, come, etc) , be house trained (no going inside, no jumping on furniture, hovering over food, etc), no whining, barking or tearing things up when left in a separate room &/or alone in home, leash trained and also please be sure to have your pet properly socialized (this helps to keep me, your pet and anyone or any animal around safe.) If you agree to the terms above and I have an experience with your pet that says otherwise, you will be charged an extra fee for clean up, noise ordinance, and inconvenience on my part. I understand that animals have accidents, can have anxiety in new settings, and many things are unpredictable, and whats reasonable can be worked out; but I do expect animals that I sit to be trained and properly socialized. I also expect the owner to communicate on any possible issues that could arise regarding your pet. As anything that isn't communicated will be seen as an inconvenience for me. Please communicate with me, I'm very understanding😊 I care about the experience that your pet and I have together. So to get the best experience we have to work together ☺
